I had placed a mobile order, waited at the speaker for a little while but then got to the window and found out it was only 2 people in the building which I understand that for fast food late. They didn’t have a few of my items but replaced it with something else equal to value. Props to the man in there working he was great and food was fresh!
Very short staffed. They don’t close until 2 AM and the bacon was burnt on my burger, the hamburger barely fit the bun when I received it my food was lukewarm I feel like I wasted my money. I love Wendy’s but that Wendy’s is not it. Like why stay open if you guys don’t ever have anything fresh.
Twice in a row we received the wrong food, though of course only in the most annoying fashion. Ordered the spicy Asiago chicken sandwich. First time, we got one that was the regular and not spicy. No big deal. Second time, we received the ghost pepper—which is awful. In the second visit, we were asked to wait both before ordering and after the window despite there being virtually no one there. We specifically requested a toy for a child under 3 as the sign indicated and received the 3+ toy anyway.
We went here in a hurry to grab a quick bite for lunch. We had to be somewhere in about 40 minutes and we figured that would be plenty of time to get the food and eat. Wrong choice, it took forever just waiting in line and we didn't get our food till 30 mins after waiting. We ended up scarfing down the messier parts of the food and taking our fries on the go.
The food was relatively fine except for the chili, which the beans were still hard and the temperature lukewarm.
Overall, not my favorite Wendy's experience.
Complete and total s-how. Dining room backing up a cash register with no customer service because they are completely focused on take out delivery services. No one answering the speaker in a reasonable amount of time in the drive-thru, I assume for the same. By the looks of it, you're probably fine if you're ordering a delivery service. Forget dine in.
Our corporate office visited our store and wanted to buy everyone here breakfast. We got 35 Baconator breakfast combos with Orange Juice. I was blown away by your team, Kara, Rodney and Stevie worked together so well and just had amazing attitudes, I just want to make sure that you know how well this amazing group of people are. They went above and beyond, and I am just so thankful for each of them. They truly are all exceptional people!!
The place was clean and the employees were very friendly. It was very busy the night before Thanksgiving but the staff was helpful. There was a small issue with my order, but the manager on duty was super helpful and made it right. More fast food places could use a manager like him!
Tell me this isn’t the stupidest thing you ever heard of. “You can’t have ice for your drinks because we have to save it for the drive thru customers”. So if you walk in you don’t get ice with your drink.
