What is up with fast food these days??? Poor customer service.. teach your employees some service etiquette!! Food quality is lacking.. come on.. I don't expect much but what is served should be better than the low end of mediocre!! I'm not just talking about Wendy's either!
Really rude and acts like you're imposing on them for daring to want to order food from their restaurant. Food is good for wendys but it's already hard enough to justify eating out, their attitude is going to cost them that custom. If the McDs across the street wasn't closed they would not have any customers at all.
Everyone here is rude and speaks minimal english. The food is always dry and sometimes burnt. They can't seem to take an order right whatsoever (you have to correct them at least once everytime) and sometimes they're insistent that they are in right when they charge you $40 for 4 biggie bags (should be $20 to $25). It's ridiculous and I'm never spending money here again. To be honest I think I'm done with Wendy's overall after this.
Not every shift is the same but they all share something in common and that’s how rude they are . Night Shift mainly, every time me and my husband stop by after work to get a quick bite they always answer the drive thru so rudely and rush you, stopped by last night and the lady that took my order she sounded so rude and like she was miserable being there, regardless I was still nice and I tried to be patient but they weren’t busy at all to be having some attitude and I asked another worker who handed me my order for some ranch and she threw the ranch . And not to mention food was freshly made YES but they’ve gotten my order wrong so many times . There was a time that I called and told them they had gotten my order wrong and wanted to see if they could go back and change it or get refunded and the lady told me to come back the next day that she will let morning shift know about it and hand Me a new meal . I go next day and the dayshift manager was so rude I even gave her a name of who I spoke to and she say “yeah well next time go back because Night Shift is not my problem but I’ll let it slide this time” and rushed my meal out the window almost dropping it and didn’t even apologize for it like girl I can pay for my meals I was just doing what the other shift told me to do . You can tell there’s no communication and their attitude says it all of how they feel about costumers .
Do not waste your time to go to this Wendy's ever. The management is rude and does not know how to treat customers. Went through the drive thru and ordered just the Jr frostys because ALL 3 of us have the key chains that I bought us. So I ordered 2 chocolate Jr frostys and 1 vanilla Jr frosty. That woman taking the order got an attitude with me, and we pulled up to the window. She looked at me and acted like we didn't have the key chains they offer for 3 dollars to get one free jr Frosty whenever you want in 2024. She said you have to show me all three of the key chains so I show her my best friends and mine and my other friend hols up his up in the back seat and she tells me if I don't hand her our key chains that we can not get them. So that so-called manager "Nanny" tells me that I could have them only if I pay for all 3 of them because I would not hand her my 3 key chains. She looks at me and tells me either you pay $1.37 for each one or get out of my drive thru. I asked her what her problem was. She tells me that I have to put all three of our key chains in her hand because she that we were lying about having 3 key chains. Even though we showed each one to her, she said no, so I paid for them for each one, and she handed me my change and started handing me 2 vanilla Jr frostys and 1 chocolate one. So I asked her if she could understand what I ordered. So I was upset and told her my order was louder at the window to her face . I was on the wrong, but she told me that if I did give her my key chains that she wasn't going to give them back to us. She told me I was not allowed back to her restaurant. I tried calling corporate, and when I called, they said sorry that I called after hours to please call back during regular hours. So I called the next day, and they put me on hold for 35 minutes. Don't waste your time and money at a subpar fast food place here in reno /sparks.
Garbage Service! Not all shifts the same, Calling out the Night crew on wednesday. Literally the only customer, theyre more concerned on chit chatting to each other not paying attention on my orders & trying to get rid of me. Messed up my orders twice so had to comeback twice by the time I ate my food its already cold bc of wasting soo much time coming back. Please fix your crew! Its a mistake going to this specific area!
Missing items and food quality was poor. Sandwiches were just slapped together sloppily and burger was barely warm. I'm afraid that my family is gonna get sick from eating here.
The breakfast wasn't that good. The breakfast sandwiches were overcooked, and the eggs tasted like Rubber. The sausage had no flavor, and the food is over priced for two people
