Check your orders for accuracy BEFORE leaving the window.. We ordered 2 value meals through the drive thru window then hit the road to continue our travels. I realized we were short one breakfast potato serving. The potatoes were the best part of the meal. Smoky seasoning was tasty.
We visited at the height of lunch business to feed 5 people. This was the fastest service despite the lobby filled and drive thru wrapped around the building, it was no longer than 7 minutes 9 cars deep in the drive thru. Great job to the staff!
The fries are always disgusting and the food is rarely fresh. There were multiple cars in front of me this time so I was hoping for some fresh fries. I was wrong. They weren’t even warm to the touch. My burger was so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt. The nuggets were just as old and gross. If it wasn’t the only fast food around, I would never even attempt to come back.
Went throught the drive through order a spicy chicken sandwich meal and that was it. Pulled up to the window, as soon as I handed them the money my food was being handed out the window. I wasn't even at the window for 30 seconds and they had everything handed out to me. Service was very quick. Didn't get a receipt though, not super thrilled about that. When I was pulling out I tried a french fry and I wasn't salted and not really warm. I got home and opened up my sandwich and the chicken is dark and almost looks burnt. Was going to take the survey online through the site but I couldn't because I didn't get my receipt. Spent 11 bucks on food and I didn't even eat 80% of it.. by the time I would go back to get it corrected the store would be closed. Not happy at all.
Cashier looked stressed or like she didn't want us there. Drive thru person got stressed and raised their voice to a crowded line of people who spilled over from the Dari-ette. Won't make that mistake again. Chili had huge sliced tomatoes. Way too much water left in it. Flavor was washed out. Not good. Restrooms were awful--dirty Fingerprints across doors. Both stalls unflushed, looked like one commode broke, but ppl were still using it as a latrine. ???? i went to the gas station. Half the tables were still dirty from dinner rush, this was after 7. Manager sounds like everyone's drunk Grandma, yelling at them! Made for a loud dining room. Hope you all improve.
Stopped in for a new strawberry Frosty which was absolutely delicious. Half the employees were out back feeding some cats. They seemed to be amused. Guess cats like nuggets and fries too? The drive thru girl was cute with some really colorful finger nails.
Wife and I got the driest spicy chicken sandwich and cold fries. We were late and didn't want to make a fuss by going back. Ended up with food poisoning for the past 2 days. Never again
They removed a lot from menu since my last visit.they forgot sauces had to go in the store instead of waiting forever through non busy drive through. Total price had my spinning but so does everything anywhere now. I didn't miss Wendy's.
