Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Bluefield, VA hands down. Employees enjoy their job and are friendly. Food is always on par, yet to have one bad experience yet. I go here almost daily just because their $5 biggie bag is absolutely amazing.
All round great Wendy's experience. From ordering to the food ready was nice and quick. My salad was fresh and tasty and the kids loved their son of Baconator, 'plenty of bacon'.
So far, so Wendy's. What really set this apart from other fast food places was the staff really putting effort into ensuring all customers were happy with everything. The manager and later one of the staff walked around making sure all was well. I have never seen this kind of service in a fast food chain and it seemed to be welcomed by the other patrons too. Got to go with 5????'s.
Ordered 2 baconateator burgers. Got home no bacon on burgers. Called back got recording when asked for manager. He or she never returned call. In past bacon was not cooked until done. Order was done right by girl who took our order. This was Bluefield Wendy's.
Awesome place to go, i ordered a biggie bag with a double stack. The nuggets were fresh not hard, fries fresh, tea was great. Only issue I had was with the burger, the meat was a little under done I complained and showed them, they gave me another alot larger meal quickly. Very pleased with the service.
Actually a pretty clean Wendy's. Service was efficient, food came out fast and we got hot fries !! All in all good experience for a Wendy's
The last time I visited I opened extra bacon and didn't get any at all I know people are still short on help but please make the food because it's expensive as it is
Anytime I order from here, my order is always wrong. I never get the additional things I pay extra for or something is always missing. On top of that it's usually either dried out or extremely messy. It's like they throw the food at the wall and call it good.
⚠️ CORPORATE MANAGEMENT and Store Management. In the last year they’ve really gone down hill. From the wait time, to the order correct, to the quality. At least half a dozen times all 3 were a failure at this location. (Bluefield VA. Commerce rd.) It must be poor management because Wendy’s is good when done right. I’ve noticed this at other Wendy’s locations so it may also be the fault of CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. Too bad. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months to give them some time to improve. (Again) ps. I’ve looked at the newest reviews and I don’t understand their high ratings. Something is amiss or im just very unlucky, so I’ll contact corporate directly.
