My burgers were cold and dry. My kids got chicken sandwiches and they reported liking them. I went through the drive through and it took them forever to bring the food out, despite our order being a reasonable size for a family of 4. The local McDonalds has lower prices and is more consistent in their quality.
Long line, only 1 register taking orders. Young woman walking back & forth behind the counter yelling out how many people were in line. No ice in the machine, service was extremely slow. Went to get crackers for my mom’s chili, no one asked if they could help or what I needed, employees just kept walking by, glanced my way but never said a word. I finally asked the 2 employees talking/laughing by the register if they had crackers for the chili, handed them to me without a word. Terrible, terrible service!!!
At Wendy’s in Webster NY and a Manager screamed at me I am on break you will have to keep waiting for your order to be taken. Very rude and not Custer oriented. However she was standing in front of the register while all this is going on
I ordered a nacho chicken sandwich and a peppermint frosty. All of the food came up fast and was delicious.
There was a man with a young boy (3 or 4 years old) in front of me, and they didn't have the sauce that the boy wanted with his nuggets. What blew me away is that the lady taking orders pulled the little boy aside and showed him the sauces they had, which is the single best showing of customer service I have ever seen at a Wendy's.
Rotten lettuce in salad, not the first time, but the worst. This time I went back and complained. The "manager" was only concerned with giving me money back, which, yes, I was expecting. But she resented my suggestions to hold people accountable..the salad maker (supposedly salad was made that day), or the person who gave me a bad salad. Bad managing, bad staffing: result? Bad food.
Everything was fresh to order. The requested changes were followed. The woman at the drive-thru was kind and very helpful. The only negative was the wait of 5+ minutes. It's understandable, but I did remove a star for it as I feel waiting 10 minutes total makes this very slow fast food.

Very nice Wendy's location. They always have our order correct & when we ask for fresh of the fryer food, they never give us a problem & everyone is very friendly.
