Had to go back to correct my order, and although they did replace the whole thing, it was put together, again, haphazardly. And still missing a burger. The first time through the drive-through I heard the worker complaining about wearing a hat while making food as well to the manager. The manager and women taking orders were very nice, so I suspect they just need a better staff to support them. Shame, it's an easy place to go.
Completely uncooked (2 sandwiches).
Went back to the same location and they refused to give us a refund. This is NOT acceptable
Great service food was excellent, I’m sorry for the ones that’s complaining I’ve never had an issue always great breakfast but even better lunch and dinner. I say if you don’t want to wait in line or complain there is always DoorDash or another business elsewhere, YOU PEOPLE KILX ME with the nagging I think everyone there at that location deserves a 5 STAR
Come here multiple times a week during my lunch break and have ignored mishaps and given them the benefit of the doubt a lot. Started with the drive thru but their drive thru takes forever even with only 1 or 2 cars. I started going inside to order and noticed it was a lot quicker and the quality of the food was better and they never messed up your order either if you go to sit down. I go today and before I walk in one of the workers tells me to go to the drive thru cuz they only have 2 workers. There was maybe 1 car in the parking lot. They also are constantly out of certain sauces, food items, and fountain drinks. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times as I am patient and understanding. However, I can’t continue to take my business here anymore. The employees have never been terrible and most of them seem like good people. It’s the owners of these establishments that I can’t tolerate. They don’t care about their customers or employees. If I’m the owner of the store and we are short staffed one day, why are you not there? I don’t know seems like business owners want the luxury of owning a business but when the realities of owning one show they don’t like to take accountability and more often than not blame their employees or some other whacky excuse. Done coming to this location
Maybe we caught them on a bad day but we ordered on the kiosk and waited a really long time for our food. That may have been bearable but it had to be at least 90 degrees in the restaurant, it was miserably hot. I stepped out on the patio for relief and got locked out… when we finally got our food they had given me my Caesar salad but all the dressing and toppings for an apple walnut salad and no fork and my husbands spicy nuggets were hard and cold. It wasn’t busy at all- absolutely no reason for such a bad experience.
This place is a nightmare. Has been for years. I have no idea why they can’t get a drive thru order finished when there is truly NO ONE else in the line or parking lot. It’s been 15 minutes so far. The employees are just talking and finding chargers for their phones while they drink coffee. Do better. It’s disgusting inside and your employees are all very unkempt.
The last few times I've been to this location between 6:45am - 7:30am there has been nobody taking orders in the drive thru. I've waited in line for 5-10 minutes and nothing. Their hours show they open at 6:30am, if they don't have the staff to open on time at least they can put up signs in the windows and on the intercom to let everyone know they'll be opening up at a later time. There was 3 of us in line at 7:10am this morning and we all drove off because nobody was at the intercom to take orders.
Ordered a Jr Bacon Biggie Bag, Ranch for Dipping Sauce, with a Coke. Nothing complex about the order. Gave me 90% ice in my drink, no straw, and BBQ dipping sauce. People want a company that gets the simple details correct and is easy to deal with. From looking at other reviews and my personal experiences, that's a no from me.
