Justin Rankin was who took my order and he was very professional. Fast pace and very kind. Haven’t had fast food service like this in a couple years at this location. Not to mention my sandwiches were perfectly put together, not sloppily made. ???????? thank you for your wonderful service here.
Anyone that says this place is off probably doesn't have their own stuff together. Every time I got here, no matter who is working, I always get what I order, get it quick, and get it right. Every time. I know what I want, I make my order properly because I got my stuff together, they set it up in their computer and I get the food I wanted. I wish every Wendy's could be my 42nd St. Wendy's.
I have come here time and time again for breakfast in hopes they will improve. Jokes on me. I love their breakfast fries, but I legit have only had hot fresh fries maybe 2 times. I don't want to ask for fresh ones as I'm afraid they'll spit in my food. As much as I love their fries, I will no longer come to this location, or any location in CR as I've had the same experience at each one. Cold/luke warm fries and or undercooked bacon. ????
.my food was dropped on the ground when the bag tore. She wanted to give my 5 fries left in the bag and my sandwich. She was not happy when I asked for my fries to be replaced.
Next time I went I asked for the 5 dollar biggie bag. She told me to pick from 4 different ones, so I did and it cost me 15.00. Same girl as before. 42nd street NE. Not going back.
Help me I'm stuck in the bathroom with 35 black frosties and there's poop all over the wall as I licked it up if your wondering why your bathroom is so clean also the man in there was creeping he kept asking if he could clap
I haven't been to a Wendy's yet that is not just utter ghetto trash
The drive-thru attendant need hearing aids I shouldn't have to repeat my order for two items three times just for you to still get it wrong
This place has improved so much and stays better than most fast foods. The service is awesome, the food is always fresh, and the price is affordable
The staff was short and the food was still amazing!! Fries fresh and extra crispy, whole order on point! Worth the wait in line, we are all human and deserve respect for the work put in no matter what. Outstanding service and food even under pressure ????
