This isn't a bad fast food spot. I will stop here when I'm on the go and need to grab something quickly. The service has always been pretty quick when I go and I haven't had a problem with them getting my order wrong. They always have everything I ordered in the bad including sauces. I haven't gone inside recently as this is an on the run spot, so I can't comment in inside cleanliness. The food is always hot and ready to go. As far as fast food goes, this is a good spot.
Heavily disappointed with the non service today. Made an order through door dash and Wendy's cancelled the order without any reason. Usually my favorite fast food...not so sure with this recent failure to uphold their service.
I ordered my food near close, and they originally accidentally forgot my junior fry. I went back through and the man working was very apologetic and hooked me up with 2 large fries. It honestly made my friend’s and I’s day.
Good food and good customer service I had a problem with ordering food the computer crashed and the manager said there was nothing he could have done but we are a group of 10 so 8 of us already got our food and the computer crashed for the last two meals which were $4.00 and $5.00 the manager told us that we had to wait 30 minutes but the drive through was working fine he could have easily fulfilled but the computer came back on line and the manager gave us three free ice cream cups for free so that was nice and the kid that was working behind the counter Mateo was very friendly and helpful the only reason why I would even say anything was because it’s a vacation spot so we have 10 people for 5 days and if they didn’t give us the free ice cream we wouldn’t have gone there again because of the service but they did the right thing and they deserve 3 stars I would definitely recommend going there but threw the drive threw not going inside only because there’s no seating inside because of covid and they have the bathrooms closed which is lazy because they are not next to anything so they could have had them open but I will definitely go back again and update my review
Went there after a long 16 hour shift hoping for some breakfast today (4/11/24) at around 6:30 AM. Sat at the intercom for about 2 minutes until I drove off and saw someone hiding in the corner with their headset on. Never in my life have I seen something like this before. If you hate your job that much FIND ANOTHER ONE!
The food was good. It was annoying that nobody took our order, we had to use the kiosk to order (which was lagging) and there were no other customers there.
Picture speaks a thousands words. Spent 19$ on that a Frosty and Sprite that tasted like it was decades old as well. Never again Wendy's of Saratoga. Thanks for ripping me off!
Bunch of children working there... spit in my food due to unrelated issues outside of the work place. Gross people. Amd the filth it draws in is unreal
