Not all Wendy's (or any fast food chain) are created equal. But I must say that this particular location nailed it today. Probably the best Wendy's experience in 30 years of eating w them. Everything that I ordered was absolutely fresh! The burger patties , the fries. Quick and friendly as well. I work in the area on occasion....ya won my business
I was at this same Wendy's a couple of weeks ago and they were having issues with the ice in the self serve soda machine. Today I stopped in and they had no ice for the drinks at all. They had a sign on the cash register saying there wasn't any ice. I figured maybe the soda would be cool anyway, but it was room temperature.
The saloon was closed. They didn’t explain why because nobody knows nothing like a code of silence. They attend me very fast and I got out of there. The drive thru the speakers are not working properly. It doesn’t matter the time of the day they never have baked potatoes.
The young man taking my order was sweet, gracious, helpful, patient & communicative. Burger was hot, delicious and prompt. I couldn't believe how clean the dining room was. Best part after the food was watching the winter sun set. Unexpectedly pleasant experience!
Cold fries every time almost. I ask for no salt so I can have fresh fries. And they are still cold! If I am paying almost 2p dollars for my food why can't I have it hot?! Would YALL EMPLOYESS AND MANAGERS LIKE YALLS FOOD COLD AFTER PAYING YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY FOR IT????
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life a woman behind the counter who seem to be a manager when you ask for help she flats out, tells you I don’t take orders like she’s too good to take somebody’s order when you have to go back up to the counter and ask for something something she acts like she’s too good to even grab something for you personally, I think this woman should not be working at this. Wendy’s. She is stuck up very rude and I will never ever be back at Wendy’s again I’m not gonna stop now. I have to call corporate because I want this woman fired for her inappropriate two people if she does not like her job, maybe she should not be in service.
The food was good and order was correct. Deduction on service because the person didn't pay attention to the amount of money I gave him and tried to give incorrect change back. Otherwise good experience there.
The food was good & the service was friendly. The car in front of me had a ridiculously complicated order from a complete Karen who kept changing things but they got it handled pretty quickly & were super pleasant by the time I pulled up to the window.
