Stood in front of the cash register inside for a good 10 minutes. Nobody seem to care to take my order so I don’t seem to care to ever wanna go to this location again
Fries are always hot! People working there are super nice and the place is very clean.
Ok. So not fully sure of the service and atmosphere. I ordered an Asiago Cheese bacon and Chicken Sandwich with a large fry. The dasher picked up the order and came straight to my apartment not even 5 minutes down the road. The food was repulsive I didn’t even feed it to my dog. The bacon was raw, chicken had pink in the middle, I was also given a quarter filled large fry and the fries I had, were cold and chewy and about half raw. Absolutely disgusting. Never ordering Wendy’s from here again. DoorDash wouldn’t even refund the full amount so be aware of potentially wasting your money here. I got about $18 bucks back out of the $30.00 I wound up spending. Absolutely unacceptable.
Tried to pay at window 1 noone came so pulled up to window 2. They confirmed wrong order. I said no 3 jr bac ...thats all i got out b4 older lady snatched my card and took it to back to ring up. Just walked away from me mid sentence. Extremely rude. I had to check my receipt to make sure it was right order. It was thankfully but poorly made over cooked bacon and the reason i went there a treat for my daughter. I order chocolate chip cookie and got a rock hard sugar cookie she wouldn't even eat. Cant even believe how rude the service was
This particular location used to have impatient, even rude, employees, were slow, and often got the orders wrong. Now, the employees are polite, quick, get the orders right, and one lady who works the drive through window is always so sweet, helpful, and puts a smile on my face.
This was a highly disappointing visit on a dreadful day. We decided to drive through and get a bite of lunch after taking 2 of our fur babies to the vet at Christmas for an emergency visit.
Our lunch bill ended up being higher than expected, but we just thought at first that maybe it was the recent inflation that is everywhere. When we got home, we found that our burgers were upsized without us knowing. Then another burger when it was unwrapped was floating in so much grease it was inedible. It even got on my jeans!
Went through the drive-thru at 8:45am to order, we were happy to find the service was ok but as soon as we park to sit an eat here in our car my partner finds hair all around her drink lid and in her bag of food, we spent time pulling the hair out from everything but wasnt worth it, if you work here, get your things together because health standards this is contamination and i'll remember who the host was after this.
Quality fast food place. Good customer service, food came out quick and was exceptionally tasty. Highly recommend this Wendy’s.
