Food is okay as long as they get your order correct. They don't let you upcharge/upgrade your meal and have a had time making your order correct the way you ordered it first time. The fountain drinks are my favorite here. Very large variety for beverages.
Worst service! Cold soggy fries. No salt. I ordered a kids regular 4 piece nugget meal. They have my 3 year old spicy nuggets. They made my ice coffee back when I ordered the frosty flavor one. My spicy sandwich tastes like it was microwaved for 10 seconds. You can tell the food has been sitting out for too long. That is not food safety! I'm a school bus driver and can't just turn back around to have them remake everything they messed up. Ididnt have the time to stop some place else either. I need to get to work and start my routes.
Can someone PLEASE update the hours online. As someone who works late, it’s tough to find please to get something to eat late at night. At least 5-6 times now I’ve driven 15-20 mins to your location figuring you’re open until 1am on weekdays or 2am on weekends because that’s what you have posted, and even the commercials on TV say open until 2am. When I’ve got there, a few mins BEFORE midnight on weeknights and right around or JUST after 1am on weekends, you guys are closed everytime. I get it if your hours are different. But then please take the time to have a manager or the owner take the 2 mins it would take to update the closing times online. It’s not right to have people wasting their time (and gas) figuring you’ll be open to a posted time, when it’s really a guessing game as to if you’ll be open or not. Or if you’re supposed to be open until 1am, or 2am STAY OPEN!!
Our favorite Wendy's location! Food is always made fresh whenever we order. And, the employees get it out in a timely manner. Customer Service is good. They are friendly and professional here. And, it's probably the cleanest Wendy's we've been to so far. Keep up the great work!!! Much appreciation.
The last 3 times I went to this Wendy's for my kids Mondays after school happy meal. I asked for 2 $5 for 4's. 2 Jr bacon 2 fries and 2 nuggets with 2 frosties. They gave me 2 chicken burgers and 1 burger wasn't even in the rapper. No barbecue sauce. And I asked them to correct it. But they gave me the same thing. Silly me for driving away. I should have learned my lesson the 2nd time.
This location messes up my order almost every time I go and I eat here often being a delivery driver with allergies this is the only fast food I can safely eat.. They are trained not to give out the receipts so naturally when someone has a problem they ask for the receipt that they don't have because they were never given it. They refuse to ammend issues that they make unless you have a reciept.. they have served me food that I am allergic to and yes when I order I get them know I have the allergy every time. They refused to fix the order because I didn't have a receipt, Even tho I called almost immediately after leaving. Tonight they refused to fix my order yet again after serving my kids spicy nuggets this morning because I wasn't able to call because I was in a meeting.. when I asked for the corporate number they refuse to give it to me im just sick and tired of paying for food and having them mess it up and not fix it then get accused of trying to just get free food.. I don't need free food I want the food I already paid for and couldn't eat because you guys are constantly messing it up..
The food and prompt service are delicious and is impeccable at night. If you are looking for a late evening grubby grub, peep no further. I highly recommend their Classic Chicken Sandwich. ????

Thinking about it I should go to another one where they have excellent service.
