Poor quality food when ordered through door dash. They will give food you did not order and then not care when you call to complain. I hope everyone there has the day they deserve, respectfully.

3 years ago I gave a 4 star and now I’m taking it back if I could give zero I would because they don’t care. The waiting time is horrible the staff attitude is terrible and now I found some black gunk in my drink and I just threw all my food up. This is the ????????
Horrible. Drive through closed in the middle of the day. Parked, Got out of the car. Went to the nearest entry door to drive thru. Locked. Went to the second door in the front. Locked. Finally had to walk to the opposite from where I parked. Entered, placed my order (a salad) only to be told they don't have any salads on-site. Beyond annoyed. Please do better or close altogether.
This is my 3rd time going to this Wendy’s with an issue! The morning crew is unprofessional and ghetto! You pull up to the window they take forever to take your order, the last time I came they told me they were closed at 9am and the staff was inside physically fighting and yelling, today they had me sitting and when I said “hello” she said I’ll take your order when I’m ready! The owners need to know the staff they have in the morning is making their location look horrible! I will make sure to never go here again! I asked for the customer service number and she said they don’t have one! I asked for a manager number and she gave me the store number! No one to call a complaint into!!!
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Today’s experience was awful. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before being told to “go ahead with my order”. No greeting whatsoever. I wasn’t greeted at the window when paying for my food. She simply took my card and handed me my coffee and told me to pull forward. My order was not big or complicated but I was still asked to pull forward. My coffee was room temperature. I waited another 10 minutes for my food. When she came to hand me my food, I asked if there was fresh coffee because this is cold. She took the cup (didn’t say a word) and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes then parked and walked inside to ask for my coffee. The manager said “yes?” I said I’ve been waiting for my coffee and they rolled their eyes and said it’s brewing and takes about 5 minutes when I was already waiting 10. They’re rude, have no work ethic or customer service skills and the food is trash.
They hold your debit card too long and walks away from the window with it, which is very suspicious!... Also, they make every car that comes thru the drive thru back up behind the line after they take your money, so they can start the timer to make it seem like they are fast and beating the timer! .... This is not fast food at all!...They take too long when there is another car waiting at the drive thru to order food... I dont think the corporate office know, thats cheating!... They never thank u or greet u and tell u the amount of your bill, but will tell u to pull around, which is so rude and ghetto ☹️
My food was fine, but the staff clearly likes to mess with customers. I went thru the drive thru and was asked to back up 2 feet to a red pole while they ran my card, which is really odd. They did it to the car ahead of me as well. Made no sense at all, and just didn't sit right with me. It was a last minute choice, but I won't be going back.
They deserve a zero these trifling heifers closed early by an hour and has the nerve to be on their phones sitting with the lights off. I was running delivery but I really how the customer who bought almost $40 worth of food reports the cr@p out of them
