Driving by Wendy's everyday for the past year I've noticed the decline of cars parked outside and none at the window, I thought maybe it was the time of day however yesterday I drove by at noon, one car at the window nothing in the parking lot but the same parked car there every day assuming management,. I have read the reviews and for the past few months and longer every review was negative
Either get better management, sell to a new owner, or clearly sale the store and let a new franchise move that offers better quality food and service.
Ordered a biggie bag with a jr bacon cheeseburger. Drink machine was down, so got lemonade. The lemonade was sickly potent and was thick, like a thickening agent. Very weird.
Fries were limp, burger bun was stale and hard on one end like dry bread.
Employees were shouting at each other inside and I could hear them arguing and fighting out the drive through window.
Food was hot and good as always. However service was pretty slow considering there was no one else inside de or in the drive thru. Wendy's advertises being open late but their service doesn't always live up to the billing. But again the food was good and hot so that is worth it at 9:45 pm. You generally know that you will be getting at Wendy's.
Door Dash has this restaurant listed approximately 3 miles north of where it actually is. So if you order food on DoorDash and go to pick it up, it will send you to the wrong place. If you order food delivered. The door dasher will drive to the wrong location and there’s no Wendy’s there. If you tell the manager, she will argue with you and tell you that that’s not true. At no time will she pulled out her phone and check for herself. If you look at all of the awful reviews. It makes sense that they couldn’t even be bothered to get the location of the restaurant, right. I would also like to point out that this restaurant has the lowest rating in a 2 mile. Only the other Wendy’s on Shelby St is this bad.
If they can’t bother to get the location of the restaurant, correct. And then will argue with you about it. How are they ever going to possibly feed you.
It's been years since I've eaten at wendys, went today and now I remember why I haven't been there, ordered 2 big bacon classic burgers got home no bacon on either sandwich and food was terrible, the guy at the window looked like he could barely hold his head up or on drugs? Not sure but won't ever be back
When we pulled up they said everything was going to be a 15 minute wait. Which we was fine we thought it was going to be fresh. No it was not fresh 30.00 dollars down the drain. I said last time I was never going back to Wendy's. However I do love their food but every location by me is awful. So we will not be returning.
The manager that was in this morning 4/5/24 should not have a job as manager. They forgot an item from my order and got an attitude when I went back in to get it corrected. No need to be nasty when I was being polite.
The worker was rude when taking order and lied saying they only have certain size cups for frostys. By the window it showed a row of all three size cups he said they were “out”. Disrespectful and lazy worker.
