We ordered burrito and it comes look flat like quesadilla or tacos .we try to give them an other chance to make it right. And they keep on messing up the other again, so I have to give a review. People there are not doing there job right , bad service and they have moody attitude.
They are overcharging people for the food! The menu says $1.99 for the crispy chicken BLT & they charged me $2.79 for the crispy chicken BLT. They would not give me a refund. They said it didn’t matter what the menu says. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Went to drive thru. Had to wait several minutes for a single order. No one else was in front of me. I asked for some ketchup and got 2 packets. 2. And my order was wrong. ☹️
Very bad customer service. We ordered a peppermint frosty and paid for it and we never received it, we ordered a kids meal and didn’t get the juice, we ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, we also ordered two sugar cookies and we got chocolate chip cookies instead. Tried calling 3 times and no one answered even though they are open until 2 AM and it’s only 9:30 PM. Tried to call Customer service and they are only open Monday thru Friday. We paid for all of this and didn’t get what we wanted and now we can’t even get our money back .
On 2/19/24 at around 10 pm i stop by store (981) went there to buy dinner, but first went to the restroom to use the bathroom. And as i entered the bathroom I can hear a guy trying to inject himself with drugs. It was at the point you can hear him slapping his arm and trying to find a vein and I can hear more than one person in the bathroom stall with him. As a customer I find this disgraceful to hear this going on in the restroom. It was even worse to hear a employee tell me he is telling his supervisor ( Domien M ) that this stuff going on and not his supervisor or anyone else doing anything about this. And when i spoke to the supervisor i even saw 2 people just sleeping in the Dining room area. And the supervisor can see them, but he is doing nothing at all to stop it from happening. I highly recommend that he goes back through training as a manager to understand the protocol of running a proper restaurant so that way the restaurant is a better and safer environment for a family.
I went to this location around 1:30 am which I never do and found this Wendy's amazing. I have had trouble with other locations but won't write a bad review because I do not know the situation with staffing, etc. The customer service, however, at this location was stellar. Everything was fresh and available. I am writing this review mainly because of the two gentlemen working that night and how they were making their job enjoyable, and they were so positive and friendly that they deserve a 5 star review.
I had an issue with my order and was promptly taken care of by the general manager. I greatly appreciate the speed and outcome.

But look at the junior bacon cheeseburger it dry and old. Look at the bun. Come on guy you can do better than this.
