Your African American manager is freaking awesome!!! Everytime I go he's pushing for better service with the young kids working there. He's literally the only reason I keep going with the raised prices and smaller portions! Give that man a raise!!!!!!!!! He deserves it! And no I don't know him personally! Just give it to him!
Food is normal for this restaurant. The quality is below par. I always get old fries and cold burgers. The consistency of salt on the fries is all over the place. Sometimes there is no salt and other times there is so much I can't eat them. The food is tossed together so fast it's messy when you open it up. The customer service is garbage. None of the employees seem to care about there job and seem to not care about the customers. The inside seating area is always sticky. And they seem to be out of so much product. I don't know how they stay in business. I got food poisoning here once and called to talk to a manager. He was rude and didn't care. He said it was not his fault because the food is all fresh. The beef has tasted old several times as well. Being a butcher I am very familiar with the quality of meat and they lack it. I don't recommend the tooele location.
I have a hard time giving fast food restaurants five stars, but this time round was seriously everything you could ask for. All three people that I interacted with (ordering, paying, and getting my food) were so intentionally kind. It actually took me off guard. But then, the service was also very quick, and I was surprised how good the food was. It was really hot, the fries were crispy, and I was just struck by what a good experience it was.
The kitchen area was very dirty. I watched 2 people make burgers with their bare hands. The guy who took our order went straight to putting our burgers together after touching the register without a hand wash. He touched every part of the burger with his bare hands. The fries were luke warm and soggy.
Where wet inside has a family. It seemed like it was more important for them to get the people in the drive through out and done. And people picking up orders for door dash. Then taking care of the customers that were in line. There were at least three families besides myself that we're waiting for over forty five minutes..
I have ordered here three separate times and they have messed up my order every single time. I get forgetting something once but every time is crazy. You guys can’t even put an order together correctly. I just want the food that I order to be in the bag instead of me having to go back inside or when I’m at home be refunded by DoorDash and not get the food I ordered at all. Do better.
I can’t say enough good about the great food and service my family and I receive at the Tooele, UT Wendy’s!. The staff always greets is with a smile, making us feel welcome. Shout out to Wanda, Holly, and Tillman! I am amazed at the meal I can get for $5!. Every year I buy approximately 20 Frosty tags and Santa delivers them in our family Christmas stockings. I swear….the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is a perfect hamburger. It hits the spot every time. Thanks Wendy’s for being our go to for fast food. I often tell the staff, “Thanks for the good home cookin’! ❤️????????
I have no complaints with this place at all. It is actually a great Wendy's and the people there are just the best. Only giving it four stars because it is still a Wendy's. It's probably the best Wendy's on the planet as far as I know.
