My Dave's Single was not fresh, and my Chili barely had any beef in it, and it seems the container shrank a hair. Yikes.
It’s a Wendy’s. Food was pretty salty but wasn’t bad really. It was really clean so I’ll definitely give it that. Food was quick too and we dined in.
Wendy's provides standard fast food fare with a mix of hits and misses. While their signature square burgers and sea salt fries stand out, the menu lacks innovation. Service speed varies, and the dining experience is often typical for a fast-food chain.
I was supposed to get food remade the manager Lisa was very rude and told me she had to call her gm and she never did she lied to me left me sitting outside for 10 mins and the girl in drive thru with a whole bunch of tattoos was rude as welll and didn’t even confirm my whole order service was awful atmosphere was horrible as well and food was not even correct at alll either and they didn’t wanna replace my meals and the women have messed up ugly attitudes and got ugly with me for no reason I would not recommend coming here to this Wendy’s location period just want my food to be replaced to me and wish they would not say they are gonna replace meals and not do it make a person waste time and gas can the gm please b in contact with me please or reply
We have been to this Wendy’s many of times and usually they are great but tonight we had a super rude worker with pink hair, she gave us so much attitude. I work in the food industry as well and I have never talked to a customer the way she did and I’ve had to deal with some rude people and never was I rude to them. And we weren’t even rude to her we were super polite and patient and we didn’t show up right before they were going to close so there was no reason for her to treat us the way she did. We will be coming
back but hopefully she isn’t here next time
Just ordered chili cheese fries and these idiots really sent me a tray of fries with no chili or cheese on em. Then when I call up there the lady's arguing with me saying I asked for no chili, no cheese but I still paid for it anyways. Then she had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked for the corporate number. I can't stand fast food employees man.
Had a pretty bad service today, fries burnt in places, frosty was watery and had an off taste, worst of all we did find a few thin black hairs in nuggets. Pregnant wife was unable to eat because it made her throw up thinking about it.
Unfortunately we've had better service here in the past.
Update on this location again, now we are finding hair in our food, resturant will not refund the entire meal. Only what is affected.
Every time I’ve come here they always get something wrong, the girl with the pink hair is unnecessarily rude. I don’t eat fast food I was getting it for someone and I didn’t understand the menu and was being pretty clear with what I wanted but the manager had to of course chime in tell me what I can and can’t get, forgot the only thing I actually wanted “lemonade” overall Id avoid this place unless you want to wait till you get home to find out your simple order is wrong, bunch of clowns here
