To start off, the bathrooms are completely dirty. They smell and the floors are all sticky. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in days.
The lobby was also sticky and disgusting. They were completely out of condiments as well and the lady at the register did not know how to work the Wendy’s app when I was trying to get a coupon to scan.
The food itself wasn’t bad, as I said they were out of condiments so none of the burgers had mayo or anything. I doubt I’ll be back again.
Was told our mobile order never existed and to leave the line because she was on a timer and didn’t have time for this and as requested we looped back around once it “processed” only to be told our food never existed and then a bag of cold food popped up. The manager Teresa slammed the window in our faces when trying to confirm there wasn’t a second order as the food was obviously cold. Teresa then said come in for a refund. We went in and were directed to call customer service (and no they didn’t give me any number, told me just google it) for a refund. We got home to see that there were gnats floating in our drink. Waiting for district manager to call back… it was so bad customer support escalated this.
Worst customer service ever, went through the Drive through and was told inside service only. Once we came inside no one acknowledge us. We ordered à Orange Frosty that need to filled , when we said something they just looked at us. Then when I asked for condiments they was out. My Burger was the worst look like it had been under the lamp all day. I took one bite and I got sick. This was the worst. I will never go to that Wendys again. I really hope that someone are reading this and plan to take action on the service at this store. No one wants to waste their money. I feel that this was a waste of money and time.
Horrible experience . Rude girl at the drive through talking very rudely to me . I could not believe it . She even apologized to my husband for how she was talking when we got up to the window. The baconator burger was INEDIBLE . I could not even eat it . It smelled horrible and did not look right at all. This place is horrible . First time ever in Emporia and to the Wendy's . I will not be going back ever. I tried to contact the store but no answer so I will be contacting corporate about it .
ordered baked potatoes with extra butter. we paid and afterwards were informed they were out of butter. If they had told me up front we would have ordered something different.
Food = standard to substandard. I didn't get everything I ordered the first time. Other customers were at the counter complaining about wait time for mobile orders - 15+ min.
Cleanliness = extremely poor to NONE! The floor was slippery everywhere! Drink station had standing water on the floor and tracking all over the restaurant. Only 3-4 tables looked clean enough to sit at, and the ones that looked unused had a film/residue on them. Like the surface was cleaned with a dirty rag. The bathroom was extremely disgusting. Standing water again all over the floor and towel machine was out of commission with the paper towel roll sitting in it for use.
I will not go back there again.
Second time we have been. Sloppy with it. Why is this even 7 dollars if it looks like this? Very upset. Won’t go back to this Wendy’s again, I’ll go to the one in North Carolina and take that 20 minute drive. No spicy honey, nothing. Done with this location.
This location is the worst!! You have an app that's too save time but there is always issues at this location. You always have to go inside because they can't do their jobs. Not share what the issues are but it needs to be addressed.
