I come here everyday and usually all is well but today I ordered a Cinnabon that they charged me for and they didn't put it in the bag. I was mad as hell. Then you do not answer phones over there. AT ALL. How can I get my money back.Then they slipped my cold burger with mayo which I hate. I clearly ordered with no mayo. I have my receipt. Please pay attention. I was on my lunch other wise I would have come back.
It was awful. I ordered a cheese Asiago sandwich. It was cold, bread was hard, fries, the same. I spoke to mgr who gave me a " fresh " one. The only difference was that it was warmer. The quality of products has gone downhill. Not fresh. It seemed as if it was an AI sandwich. The piece of lettuce looked like plastic. Never
wilted, as it usually does with the warm bread. The chicken was hard. Dry. Just terrible. It used to be a good sandwich. Not anymore. I know it's fast food, I would say, is trash food. Couldn't eat it. Thumbs down.
This is the Wendy's I frequent the most because it's closest one to my house but many many times I have gone there I ask for a biggie bag or (4 for 4) when they had them. And they would tell me they were unable to sell me any biggie bags or 4 for 4's I asked why and gave me no reason but said I could order everything that comes in biggie bags or 4 for 4's separately. I couldn't believe it. Only thing I could think of was that maybe the employee taking order was trying to be slick and have customers order everything separately then ring up as biggie bag and pocket the difference cause bet they sell a lot of biggie bags in an 8 hour shift . Make about $2.50 on ea sale. On $5 biggie bag.
This store is horrible. Today my family and I tried to order 5 5 dollar big bags. The shift manager/lead said they can only sell 4 per car/order at the drive thru. And said we can go around again for the 5th. How does this make any difference. As we started to go to the window we heard him scoff, and he said that was me talking to my coworker. Sure. If it was we heard it and it was probably about us. They then refused to serve us. We will now be taking out business elsewhere from now on. They are beyond rude, and mind you this isn’t the first time we have had issues at this location.

Today, they’re undercooking their food. Just going to stop going to Wendy’s
Ordered multiple times this week, not once did they get an order right. And everytime getting a refund will suck since support will value your items definitely than what you paid for them
Went the other day to buy something to eat to this place and went to the boys bathroom and this is what I've found! This is disgusting bathroom had a weed smell combined with cigarettes the whole floor had piss all over can't think about how they handle the food in this place!
As always Wendys delivering great fresh food at affordable price. I normally go drive thru but the times i've been inside is always nice and clean.
