Worst pharmacy in the area!!!! I got there looking for something and i was just stunning on the door with my dog...they didn't greeted me or say anything they asked me to go out because I had a dog with me not even asking if it was a service dog.... shame to them I don't believe that this people still exist and they running business specific in a dog friendly area...walthamstow is full of pharmacy were you can go with no problems....support business that they deserve it
I recently visited this pharmacy, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel welcomed and at ease throughout my visit. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch customer service truly stood out.
I recently visited st James pharmacy and was absolutely impressed by the exceptional service and expertise they provided. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by their friendly staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Furthermore, Their extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals made me feel like I was in safe hands. I will definitely be returning again!
Please know that I require top customer service wherever I go… with that said, St.James Pharmacy delivers it EVERY single time I visit! I have several health conditions that require continual special medication and whenever there is an issue, it is resolved in such a way that they need a medal! I have not been paid to give this review - this review comes from my heart because each time I visit they save me!! Thank you and your team

This pharmacy has been my go-to for my prescriptions and the pharmacist has always been polite, helpful and compassionate, and knows me even if I'm wearing a face mask so this adds that personal touch. I was recently hospitalised with a serious condition, and the pharmacy called me upon my discharge (having received my discharge summary from the GP) to see how I am doing and to offer support. I highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy, and want to thank them for looking after me during the pandemic.
Unfortunately I am writing this review after a terrible experience with a rude, condescending male member of staff.
I have come here for years, never had a problem and found the other members of staff pleasant and helpful.
Today was my first time having to deal with this particular individual and I cannot believe the way he was allowed to speak to me, and felt very let down by the passivity of the other 3 members of staff present. I left feeling upset and victimised for no reason other than a man was agitated and felt it was ok to take it out on me as the customer. This is not ok.
Looking at your other reviews it seems customer service and attitudes here could use some serious work.
