There was nothing "urgent" about urgent care. I was stuck there for 3 hours. The place was filthy. Water cooler visibly dirty, floors visibly dirty including used medical supplies on the floor. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I asked for a steroid or inhaler and was told no because it was too early, and maybe if I was still sick in a couple weeks that I could come back to be treated. The staff was nice and thorough, but overall, my visit was a waste of time, money, and resources, and I will not visit WellNow the next time I need medical care.
I came in with a broken foot and they got me right in, put me in the closest room, so I didn't have to walk very far. They took the xrays quickly and diagnosed my broken foot. Then, gave me the boot/ air cast and gave me the instructions on how to get my referral. They addressed my pain control and even made sure I had a way to stay off it at home.
As another medical professional myself, I was VERY impressed!
Someone even held the doors for me all the way out!
We were literally in and out. I brought my daughter in cause of a cough and ear pain we were in there maybe max 20 minutes and her prescription was sent RIGHT over. The dr and nurse were very thorough in checking her out and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with yesterdays visit.
Very happy with the speed and care. Dr made a comment about my daughter and how she didn't seem to listen. We weren't there for behavior and she's got an auditory processing disorder . Mainly, the visit went well and I'm happy everyone did have mostly patience with her.
Overall, we were pleased with the care we received, but the scheduling process needs improvement. We had scheduled an appointment for 6:15 at this location while passing up other times at other locations- they called us at roughly 5pm to cancel/ reschedule because of a lack of a dr- frustrated because we waited 6 hours passing on other options we went in anyway- after a explaining the situation in person they got us in- the staff was very professional and caring- they took great care of our daughter and turned a potentially negative experience around.
Took my daughter in due to not feeling good, they got us in and out quickly. All the staff that we had interaction with were very professional, polite and very helpful. Love the fact that we could wait in the car til they had a room available for her.
My wife and I were both ill and couldn't get our primary care doctors office to respond to us for an appointment. We went to the Rome Well Now and I'm so glad that we did as we both had Bronchitis. They diagnosed and treated us. After they followed up to see how we were doing. Our primary care doctors office never did that. Great service and great t people. I wish they were my.primary care doctors.
I went for a DOT test the ladies were nice and positive offered me a mask right away. My experience was quick and fast she was very thorough and I would recommend anybody
