More often than not they don’t have what you need in stock :-(
I would say’s it’s worth ringing up to see if they are open as they do have staff shortages but very often they don’t answer the phone but yet they are actually open (yes I know it can be busy)
The main pharmacist and staff here are really helpful and friendly but when they get in temporary staff in they are just not as helpful.
Usefull chemist in same location as Linden and Saxon surgerys ..waiting time can be up to 20min ....
Allso can close early with no notification due to staffing.
I have been to many countries.The stupid system of not having the medications on stock , is the vision and mission for this pharmacy.5days ago there’s an electronic prescription for common drug for atorvastatin, but it’s not available in the pharmacy, or they can’t give.
Horrible staff without any patient safety orientation.
Phoned up for prescription, and was told they where in tray and would i have a text sent in a hour to say they would be ready for collection. Four hourd later still no text so drove to chemist to see a notice on door saying shut because they have no pharmacist. So i have no tablets which i take for my high blood pressure. How many more people where is the same situation. Not good.
So hit and miss with the service you receive here.
The lovely Asian man in there is so professional, kind and caring. Other staff can be dismissive .
They tell you that there is a problem with stock even though boots chemist a few yards down says they have the same supplier.....literally think its because she couldn't be bothered to sort out.
Rang the pharmacy over 10 times and they never answered the phone once. Pathetic customer service, with poor availability of products
Lovely polire staff. Quick service
takes 10 days to complete order, if your lucky, always out of stock and take average 3 visits. that is at Stapleford,
