Absolutely shocking!!! I don't need prescription meds but my husband does he's diabetic an needs other tablets too, for the last 6 months his tablets haven't been ready as they say they haven't received a prescription, he's been without tablets for 3 days now, an they say I've got to wait till tomorrow till his prescription will be ready. What takes 24 HR to do them I will never know, Rachel is the only nice one there, least she tries to help the best she can.
Worst pharmacy ever. Constantly lie saying they have not received your prescription, claim you are not on the records and claim there is nothing they can do. Have to argue to get prescription every time. Lack of pharmacist means long waiting times and if they phone in sick they close the pharmacy completely so you can’t even get over counter medication and no one to advise what to do. No Saturday opening. If you need medication then don’t use this pharmacy.
Absolute joke of a chemist. Last 3 months my drugs have not been delivered when due. Have to try calling each month to chase them up. This month couldn't get through on phone as no answer or engaged Tried 30 - 40 times a day for 4 days. *Now they won't even ask for prescription from doctors* This is a joke for someone like myself who is disabled. the only person who is any good is Rachel who trys her best. Stock poorly presented, with bare and empty shelves.
Went in for a prescription, noone came to the counter, they just shouted over the shelves. Then had a conversation about eating lunch with someone. Eventually, the chemist brings the prescription to the till and leaves it there. Said a, colleague will serve me. He goes to the back of the shop and tell someone to serve, who replies I am eating. The other assistant was on the phone, but he doesn't come back to take my money. I had to wait until she had finished on the phone. Very poor customer service.
Been twice and both times made to wait.
Hi All, This pharmacy needs to step it up a notch. Try on numerous occasions to call to chase up prescription and no one answers the phone. Also there is suppose to be a text messaging service to alert you your prescription is ready and it never comes through. So that is a waste of time. So obviously your trying to chase it up but can't get to speak to staff. So frustrating....
Were unable to order my medication correctly on two separate occasions. I was left without pain meds after they failed to deliver at all prior to a bank holiday. Whenever I visited they were so slow serving customers. Totally lackadaisical service and poor customer engagement. They can't even be bothered to wear masks correctly with nose hanging out every visit.
Omg, what a joke ????. Been trying to phone for a friend to see if his prescription is ready. Every time I got through the phone was put down and once they said it wasn't the pharmacy. On reading the reviews it won't be long before it goes bust. It really needs reporting. They are playing with people's lives.
Never very helpful. Always takes ages. Some staff just seem have an attitude for no reason. It’s a shame because other staff are lovely. Wish there was another pharmacy in annesley I could go to because I dread going here.
