Overnight parking is not allowed but I was out of hours and I did not realize O/N parking wasn't allowed until I parked and read the reviews. I was prepared for them knocking in the am and sure enough an officer did knock and told us we had to move although I had 30 minutes left before I could drive on my clock.
The officer came back to my truck and told me to pull to the shouldwr and finish my 30 minutes. ????!!
A big Shout out to the officer that came back this morning and allowed me to stay 30 more minutes!! GOD bless you!!!

Trying to find the officer that runs this place I have total respect for state troopers police officers and all state officials but I'm trying to find a guy who runs this Way station weight station yeah he was obviously violating my rights cuz I went from parking in a safe parking spot so now parking on the side of i-12 and that's more dangerous I want it fully documented that if I die tonight it's a dude at the weight station between exits 40 and 47 in Louisiana cuz apparently you're not allowed to park there
They will wake you up if you are taking a break. Thank goodness my break was up when the dot started banging on the truck.
This station is responsible for taking note of big truck weight. If you drive a big truck making deliveries local, statewide, or Nationwide the Dept of transportation makes rules on heavy loads and truckers are responsible for stopping to get weight of truck by stopping at this weigh station.
This station pulled us in for an inspection, even after seeing we have a current inspection sticker from less than a week ago.
Get rid of it here...
LOTS OF STUFF!!! Much of electrical stuff is sent to China...someone I know said this. I don't want to confirm or deny this.
