My Fiance just had a bad encounter with Alex who yelled at her and he also yelled at another customer while I was there. This is not the way to treat customers nor is this the way to get customers to come back. I will be trying to get in touch with the owner and talk to him/her personally. I will update this if I get any results.
Does not carry larger sizes, hard to find xl-xxl in most clothing. Also there is no refunds so try on in advance.
Hard to find 2x size shirts in mens in stock but did find a few hoodies, $9.98 each you can't beat the price. The owner or clerk I had a question and spoke with was friendly as well. Great prices and easy acess parking.
I mean...meh. it is what it is. Its exactly what you're expecting- we've all been to these stores before. Need a last minute gift or a beach towel or something random...here ya go. Parking is super easy here, store seems clean, so it isnt bad. Nothing overwhelming here.
Asked the Hispanic lady at the counter about a shirt they had for sale and she shrugged her shoulders at me and said what we have out there is it. She was extremely rude to me and the customer before me. I guess we were disturbing her while she was playing with her phone. To many other gift shops to purchase from to be treated like this. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!!
The woman at the front register was extremely rude!! 2 days I came to ask about the Henna Tattoos and both days she was rude and would not give me a definitive answer. Please just go to another gift store because as long as that Hispanic lady is at the front desk, you will receive nothing but rudeness and unpleasantness from her!!
