Brian was phenomenal and kept me updated on the status of my car daily. Given the ice storm, they still had me up and running within 24 hours. Very professional, responsive, and timely. I will be back and recommending all my friends go there for their car needs.
I’ve been going to Webb’s for awhile now as well as the rest of my family and they are great. Any time I’ve had any car issues I give them a call and they always get me in as soon as possible, most of the time it’s the same day. Unlike most car places, Webbs has extremely reasonable pricing and will break down the cost to you so you have no surprise charges for anything. They also are very good about explaining things about my car to me in terms I can understand and never make me feel stupid about it. I fully trust them with anything involving my car. Overall, Webbs is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I know! I never write reviews but they seriously are the best place around!
Wonderful. While Traveling from South Carolina to Wisconsin we had a tire rapidly going flat! Pulled into their lot, they quickly got it up off the tire so it wouldn’t ruin it. All the mechanics were busy, so he said he would fix it, and he did!!!! In less than an hour and $26 we were back on the road.
Webb's did an amazing Job the fixed my thermostat housing after I was told it was my water pump by a certain Terrible "lenoir city dealership" that sells my vehicle and I'm not gonna say the name of the dealership but Webb's was Very honest and fast and saved me over $1000.00 compared to what the Ram dealership told me. Will bring my vehicle to them from now on!
Watch out. These guys will absolutely try to take your wallet for a ride. They'll give you great service the first time or two, and then look for every opportunity to upcharge you and try to trick you into spending as much money as they can get out of you. First they told me I needed a new transmission. Then they told me I needed to have my valve body replaced. They'll charge you $110 for a diagnostic procedure and then not do the diagnostic properly. Do not trust webb's complete auto care, find a different shop. I'm never coming here again.
Should be called Webbs Complete Oil Change instead. They can’t seem to fix anything on an actual car, but will find the best ways to over charge for services anyway. Rubbish
Execellent, quick service. Had my breaks done here. They were very quick and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.
