Got my hair done on a Saturday and Sunday morning all the curls was already dropped had no shine to my hair and she didn't mold it into a cut so I look like i have a boy top old school fade and the sides of my head is shaved not tapered or blended into anything I can't do nothing with this haircut I'm honestly disappointed. And she charged me $135 I waited 24 hours just to wake up and be disappointed Holly was sweet and nice spirit but I'm a little discouraged to go back
I'm not sure where to start but I wanted this to be my new salon and thought I found my stylist - not! I was a walk in client, met stylist, Holly the evening before and explained what I was looking to do with my hair.
I wanted a quick weave or even a lace installation. Holly recommended that I come back and see Willy, the head stylist/owner. After more discussion, Holly convinced me that she was more than able to do my hair the very next day.
I was told to buy the hair and hair protectant, and because of Covid, they do not provide the hair. I bought the hair, called Holly with the description, she never mentioned buying additional pack or bundle. The hair pack and protectant came up to $67. Holly alleged she gave me a discount, charged me $150 instead of $170 , I paid $150 plus tip, amounted to $175, also add in the hair and protectant; I paid over $200 for a quick weave that took almost 3 hours to complete. We started at about 12:15 noon and I left at almost 4:00pm. Hair wasn't still completely dry and was visible glue on the hair and edges.
Holly didn't use a hair cap to better protect my hair, didn't recommend relaxing my hair but blamed the thickness of my hair for not drying quickly and for not laying down smoothly. I was under a dryer that didn't work over and over , my head was never dry and the frontal tracks were not glued securely in the front. The track installed was visible and the cut had no layers or body exceptfor the very front. The hair was laid and layered over my eye and the curls dropped about 30 minutes later.
My hair is a hot mess now; I should have a refund as a result. In my opinion, Holly lacks professionalism, strong technical expertise and experience.
I've walked to the salon a few times but haven't seen Willy. @Willy, I hope you see this and respond appropriately. I really regret my experience and hope you do the right thing to address it.
I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. Willie is my stylist. They are very knowledgeable about styling and taking care of hair. I’m always happy about how my hair looks when I leave. The huge plus for me is that they respect your time, and get you in and out of there. I’ve never experienced being stuck there for hours on end while they do a thousand heads at a time. For a busy professional like myself, this is very, very important.
Great experience here. The stylist was very gentle with my 9 year old daughter who is tender-headed. She washed, trimmed and detangled her hair and did beautiful braids in a reasonable amount of time. Very clean and friendly shop. I highly recommend!
Love this place! All of the hair dressers are skilled and versatile. NeeCee is wonderful. She can do braids, cuts, colors, natural hair, you name it and I just love the vibe here. Go here if you want some good hair did!!!

Amazing experience!! Willie was so kind and gentle with my hair. My hair came out amazingly soft, shiny and bouncy. Even the day after my hair still looks great. I also appreciate that he didn’t pressure me to trim my ends just suggested I should.
Edit- my hair didn’t revert back and was severely damaged. I had to cut it all off and start my hair journey again.
