Pizzas are extremely overpriced to do not get them.

Bathrooms are acceptable. Better than most gas stations but still a mess.

Always a good experience here. Did get my sandwich wrong today. But manager said when I go in next time I can get the right one on them. I appreciate that.

Wawa!!! You have some explaining to do…not only does this muffin (that I was about to buy) have green and red mold growing on it. The packaging says it’s still within the expiration date. I did not notify any employees as I would like everyone else to see how bad this location has gotten. There was a homeless man taking up the bathroom stall doing suspicious things and reported that to the employees…with no urgency!

Had a product listed at 3 for $5. I went to get the items and it rang up at $19 and some change, I pointed to the sign that said 3 for 5 and the guy went and got his manager. She then asked me for a rewards card, the sign doesn't say with a rewards card. I said go ahead and sign me up and she said they don't do that in store. I wound up walking out of there.

One of the best located Wawa but the management cannot seem to stock the store and staff the location correctly.

I go there every morning. 70% of the time menu items are missing or I cannot order what I would like because items are out of stock at 8 am.

There are a few wawa within a couple of miles that don't have this issue. Save yourself the time/energy

Have been sick with food poisoning for the last 3 days. Stay away from the soup

This place is a joke. Menu items always missing. They have to restart the system over and over, and ask you to wait, just for them to say it's not available. Food is small portioned or outdated and taste old. Management is a joke.

You ask for an update, they ignore you because they are short-staffed or other employees are chilling outside smoking a newport.

Jacksonville is top tier one of the worse cities in America with the dumbest people I've ever met in my life. Run away if you live here. Run away FAST.
