Never been before. Thought we'd give it a try. Disgusting. Eggs had a weird flavor, bacon was paper thin, biscuit was ice cold. Didn't even eat more than 2 bites before we threw it away and went to bojangles, which is where we were originally headed.

Stopped here to get some food. Went to use the bathroom and there was feces and pee all over the toilet seat and the floor. Toilet paper all over the floor. Dirt built up all over the top of the urinals in the corners in the floor. You can tell nobody cleans in this place. Plain old nasty! Makes me wonder how good the food prep area is cleaned?????

I was on top of the world when I found out that Jacksonville was getting a Wawa!! A service station that had literally everything!! Great coffee, food, snacks, and an always expanding menu with a great variety. They've opened 3 new locations on my side of town. I'm Wawa's number one fan!!!

This is the absolute most disgusting WaWa much less gas station I have ever visited.

The restroom has blood splattered all over the wall, cotton balls with blood on it, feces on the toilets, used feminine hygiene products hanging out of the trash. The mirrors and sinks looks like they've never been wiped down.

The gas pumps & trash cans are filthy, looking like they've never been wiped down, and no windshield cleaning fluid or receipt tape.

When asking for the manager, his crew was surprised he wasn't even wearing a headset and when I tried telling him the bathroom was gross and disgusting, instead of saying he'd get it handled, he proceeded with excuses of who wasn't at work or didn't show up, etc. I realize the pandemic has caused a lot of people to not show up to work. But there were 2 people at the register (only 1 customer), the manager and another lady in the office, and then there's the kitchen crew. Ad a manager, he should have just said he'd handle it, and go clean it himself if need be, that's what a manager is for... customer service AND SAFETY, not excuses. Absolutely disgusting!

Food was good, tasty and hot. Reasonably priced for sure. Sub sandwiches are priced better than most at the current moment. Will continue to try their foods. Gas was cheaper elsewhere.

They have gas, which is what I came for but it's incredibly dirty. There is trash everywhere and this is a relatively new establishment. They obviously don't have anyone to clean or have a management team that takes cleanliness seriously. It's filthy. The concrete hasn't been pressure washed since it opened I don't think. There's grime everywhere. Even the pumps were filthy. I'm giving it three stars because the staff is usually very friendly. The place itself is run down pretty quickly. I wouldn't eat anything there based off the cleanliness of the place. This isn't something that happened in a night either. This is neglect.

I love this place because they have food. Good food. Great, even. I literally will go here again.

They never have all the food. When you check with other wawas they always are dully stocked. This wawa is never stocked on food. Employees are great and great servixe ia provided but it it frustrating that you always have to guess what they might have in stock.
