Mr Watson is an awesome guy who knows first hand what the struggle is and is willing to go the extra mile to help someone down on there luck. Awesome place to go if you break down or impounded vehicle. Him and his associates are friendly and very helpful. Jeff Watson has helped me more than once. I would recommend him and his service to anyone needing help.

Great guys, very helpful. They came out to yow me very quickly. I told them I had a flat he found a great used tire to out on for me. Highly recommended!!

Jeff Watson was very helpful ,i needed parts, so he sent me over to Andrews Auto Salvage. I appreciate him referring me to them but man the service over there is horrible I asked Michael a manager over there and he didn't seem to know what he was doing, couldn't find the part i needed and when he did he over priced it compared to other quotes. I asked him if he could do a little better because and he got rude with me and hung up. Not spending my money there

I’ve been going to Watson’s for 10 years now. He always takes the time to make you feel like you’re a valued customer. He’s even giving me a deal a timer to. Good man great business.

Gouged !!! - My 8 year old had a motorcycle stolen. The Sheriff found the bike and called Watson's to pick up the bike because they could not get a hold of me. I AM SHOCKED THIS PLACE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS AS LONG AS IT HAS BEEN. Maybe it's new ownership? I was spoken to rudely and felt like I was dealing with a bunch of criminals. Watson's had to travel 10 minutes to pick up the bike - maybe 5 minutes to load it - 10 minutes back to the shop. They charged me $180 dollars. Three people at Watson's told me this was a price they were required to charge according to the Sheriff Department. This was a lie when I double checked with the Sheriff. Watson's told me if I showed up a minute after 6 PM they would add storage and I could not pick it up till the next day. I can't stand being robbed but I really can't stand being lied to. It's hard to explain but I just felt bullied by these guys. Just a bunch of dishonest greedy people.

I think this place decrimitates against special needs adults. My son went in asked about a job the lady in the office asked him was he slow. That's a very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL way to handle things. They could have just said no were not hiring. She didn't have to ask my child was he slow. I guess they forget when you get a get a business license you agree to not discrimination against anyone.

Absolutely love this place...great customer service and reasonable rates considering there is nothing free in life, Watson is a good hearted man that is good at what he does. I wanna say thanks to his #1 tow truck driver Wayne for doing an awesome job on all my vehicles as well....these guys r great folks...#1 in Griffin...
