The best fish and chips in the area imho. Fish cooked fresh to order, crinkle cut chips, vinegar from the pickle jar and wonderful Cumberland rings. Great value and friendly service. A true gem!
The food here is not good. My wife ordered and bought fish & chips and peas for 2. The chips were cold and certainly not presentable. The fish contained quite a number of bones and again was cold. My wife phoned and left our phone number. We were offered replacement food. However who wants that standard of food. All we wanted was a call back from the owner with an apology. It did not come. Stay away from this place. A member of our family said it used to be nice but it's gone downhill
We normaly love thesr chips but today they were cold, would have taken back was not able to, if they same next time will be my last
Got food from here tue evening it was burnt always eaten from here not any more
