The Alternator packed up on my 2019 VW Carfter van which also killed the battery whist I was about 200 miles away from home. This happened around 9am. A local recommended Waterways garage. He contacted the garage and was told the could probably repair it that day providing they could obtain a replacement alternator. I drive about 5 miles to the garage by which time systems had started to shut down.
They assessed the problems but could not find a replacement alternator. Eventually they manage to get a local company to rebuild my own alternator. The work was eventually completed just after 5pm and I was on my way for next 700 miles of my trip. I cannot thank Craig, Louise and the rest of the staff who pulled out all the stops to get me back on the road. A highly recommended garage
Amazing family. Good prices. highly recommend. And will only be taking my car to them from now on and as a female i was not treated any different to a male taking a car in
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Have had my cambelt done here on my insignia.all so had a big problem with my work van and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly to get me back on the road.
Fantastic customer service and thanks to Craig got my car back on the road and saved some money. Highly recommend these guys.

1 star just because the mum and dad were actually really lovely. As for Craig and his behaviour and treatment zero stars.
I don't believe he is a reasonable man at all.
