Warren Taxi

Prices are outrageous! Call at 12:40 for a cab, they say be right there.. 330... still no show. Call again... another "be right there".. the one guy is creepy. Not sure how the company is still functioning.

I had a great experience with Frank quickly getting me to my destination. He is a very kind soul and the cab only took 30 min to arrive. I’d highly recommend.

Over Priced. $11 to go the 2 miles I needed to go. It's insane. *(Edit)* I dropped it down to a one star review because of the lady driver. The male driver is always on time. Gives you a rough estimate and sticks to the time. And is so kind. I make sure I tip him. But this female driver is always rude and is always late. She told me I was the next person and I waited over an hour outside thinking the next vehicle coming by the house was the taxi. I called after a hour and she said I was the next person again and she said 20 minutes. But my buddy called me and said he seen the taxi heading out of warren in the opposite direction and that the taxi was sitting at country fair with no passengers for over 15 minutes at the time i called for the ride initially. So I called her one last time and she was rude because I canceled after almost 2 hours of waiting. And she said she was almost to my house. She lied... if she was almost too my house, she would of had to go past my house and turn around to go back towards warren. She is rude and she always charges more for the same trip i do every week sometimes twice a week. I apologize to the guy driver. He is always professional and courteous. The female driver is so rude and not professional at all. My brother that lives on Mohawk has the same issues. He just called and said he canceled his taxi ride. We both called the cab so we didnt have drive after having a couple drinks. to drink and drive. We both do this every week and she is always the problem. If we take this cab service. I am done using this cab company.

Drivers are VERY rude....had one pull a left turn in front of me when light changed earlier today and nearly caused an accident. Also, STOP signs and red lights are ignored by these rude drivers often. Vehicles look like something out of a demolition derby.

CRITICAL:PROFESIONALISM The lady that drives people is rude always an 1hr to 2 hrs late now i have to get a new doctors appointment set up bc people cant function doing a job that requires just sitting and taking calls!!! The guy driver is what we need more of pls fire the rude women pls WHY CANT WE GET PEOPLE LIKE STEWART HES THE PRIME EXAMPLE!!!! Best think about your employment options hard and long cause these women are dragging this business down!!!

Called her at 10 am, called again at 11, and then I called again at 11:45. The only thing we needed was a quick ride to get a bathing suit, now we’re late to a party my kids have been dying to go to. All she does is complain about other customers. She’s unprofessional and over priced. The guy who works for her is amazing and shouldn’t be criticized. But what an absolute train wreck of a person to run this terrible business.

The gentleman who picked me and my friends up was so friendly and accommodating. We originally saw the bad reviews and were nervous, but I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised at how professional and knowledgeable our driver was of the entire town and every address we needed to go to. We even called him several times throughout the night and he came to get us with a smile on his face, a pleasant greeting, and a pleasant goodbye when we go to our destination. I will absolutely use this taxi company next time I am in town.

Twice in one day,the service is completely garbage, first issue today, scheduled a pick up,they are a half hour late,2nd issue today,they just didn't show up.

If someone would open a decent taxi service,it would not be hard to put them out of business.
