Completely disorganized and horrible customer service. Called on 3/13 and left voice mail that I needed an estimate. No call back so brought car in person on 3/14 and got estimate and repair would start next week. On 3/24 hadn't heard back so called and was told someone was out sick and would now start week of 4/10. After not hearing anything called on 4/17 to be told to bring it in on 5/22 with no apology. Morning of 5/19 called to confirm 5/22 drop off and he promised to call back in the afternoon. Still haven't got that call 1 week later.
On the previous repair in 2022. Called to let them know the estimate listed a trim level without collision avoidance, but they said not to worry they put in the VIN and ordered the right parts. On the scheduled pickup day they had the wrong part but the part wasn't critical so we would have to bring the car back later and also that it wouldn't be ready for 2 days. Called on the new date and it would be 1 more day. This wasn't a complex repair with hidden damage and no insurance involvement so there was no excuse for being late.
Had some minor warranty work done, took the body shop 3 attempts (over a 6 week period of them having my vehicle) to fix my paint and the results just got worse and worse. Buff marks, deep scratches, broken trim piece, failure to blend, dripping paint; the list goes on and on. Got an estimate elsewhere to get it redone and it was over $1900 from everything that was messed up and was told it was the “worst paint job they’ve seen”.
Had the greatest experience from beginning to end with Walton Hills Collision Center. Jim and Cory are a pleasure to work with and my 2014 Buick LaCrosse looks absolutely beautiful. The work was flawless and they even detailed the car to top it all off.
They worked very well with the insurance company and the car was ready on the date promised.
I would definitely recommend this business for all body work services needed.
I have been here twice and they are the best auto body shop. They are master everything. I would not have went a second time if the work sucked. They make you feel like you just got a brand new car. They even fixed a lock issue as a nice gesture. Highly recommended.
Working with Walton Hills Collision made a bad situation less stressful. After I was required to get multiple quotes on damage done to my vehicle, my car was repaired swiftly and for a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
My vehicle was used as one of the employee's personal vehiclesthe entire week they had it, it was returned to me filled with trash, including half empty bottles, a small a used ash tray (no one has ever smoked in that car before now and no one in my family smokes), lottery tickets, and other items. The vehicle is just over a year old and had been well taken care of, now it must see a professional detailer to be brought back to where it had been prior to being left in Classic Collisions care.
Could not be happier, they really went above and beyond, my truck looks like it just rolled off the lot.
Just wanted to say look closely at Jeremy Runyons review. He is complaining about CLASSIC COLLISION which is down the street from us. We are Walton Hills Collision. Im proud to work here. He has ruined our 5 star rating
