I have been using Walkers Pharmacy for over 15 years now and can honestly say I have never had any issues with them.
Mal is always on hand to speak to you and offer any advice. The rest of the team are extremely helpful and friendly and the chemist itself is clean and welcoming.
Occasionally the surgery next door may not send the correct information through, but Mal always does his best to resolve the matter.
I have no plans to use any other Pharmacy.
Mal and his team are always so helpful and approachable and are always available to discuss and advise.
My wife often call Mal for advice on various occasions and he is excellent and always have time for us.
The delivery drive is so polite and friendly.
Very impressed with this pharmacy. Took my son in to be looked at by the pharmacist there and he was very friendly and thorough with his questions to diagnose the problem in the consultation room. He even offered to prescribe the medication needed which I didn't realise was they could do. Apparently if your doctors fall under the area they cover they are able prescribe medication on their behalf. I was very impressed with the service I received and definitely recommend them.
My mum has her prescriptions delivered every time without any complication. The service from the staff in store are first class. I have also dealt with Pharmacist Nadeem who is always very helpful and very professional and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend Walkers Pharmacy to anyone. Big thanks for a great service.
I wish to commend Mal,Trax and their team for the excellent service they have provided to my family and myself during the very difficult times they experienced as a result of the problems seen at the adjacent Great Barr Medical Centre. We will always be grateful to them for going the extra mile in providing help and support in resolving problems during this period.

I honestly cannot praise this pharmacy enough the service is absolutely outstanding! I am housebound and so I have my prescriptions delivered. I have never had to wait long to receive my medication, never had any issues and all the staff including the delivery driver are always friendly and professional. Without a doubt this is the best pharmacy in great barr ????
The pharmacy is efficient and are happy to help you with any needs. They are friendly and helpful. They have a vast number of products. The customer service is very good. I would recommend this pharmacy and wish every pharmacy to provide such high quality service
Professional service in all areas. I have used this pharmacy for many years with no issues. I have sometimes needed consultations for my children or myself and each time have been given advice that helped sort various ailments. I have also had medications delivered. The delivery driver, Nasko, is prompt and reliable.
