I am not a frequent reviewer at all but felt that I needed to after the superb experience I had with this company. I had a MOT and follow up service with them. Well priced, thorough and efficient, as well as understanding for non car experts such as myself. Couldn’t recommend them more highly
I'd gone for an exhaust swap and MOT. After supplying them with a brand new exhaust. A few weeks later my car struggled to start and exhaust burst because they had failed to remove the packing wool, left it in the pipe and let me drive away.
I went to explain the issue and rather than apologise or make good on issue the owner messed me around, failed to source a new exhaust (which he wanted to charge me again for), or charge me an obscene amount for a welding job to fix an issue they themselves created.
They may have plenty of positive feedback for simple jobs but I find that they are untrustworthy, unsafe and not worth the risk. I would avoid at all cost.
We had a concern with our brakes on Xmas eve & he was happy for us to show up on the day, check us over quickly & ultimately reassure us that we were safe to continue. So helpful & keen to be available.
Very very friendly and always a good deal and advice, personally I know him few years now and never been let down .
Great service - I stupidly forgot my car was due an MOT by the end of the week, but Wali was able to do it on the spot. Whole thing was sorted within 90 minutes of me seeing the letter from the DVLA…
I happened to break down just round the corner, being a young female on my own I was so worried and panicked and completely at their mercy.
The gentleman in charge was so friendly and helpful, diagnosed the problem and gave me a rough price. They tried there best to fix it there and then but the part wouldn’t come in time which was completely out of their control.
They did however top up my coolant enough for me to get home and didn’t charge a penny for their time or effort.
I can not recommend them enough I could of been completely diddled if they wanted to.
I would recommend! The staff are very polite and helpful! Also well priced! Took my bmw 2 series for break and MOT which was done within the hour! Thank you Wali Motors
