Fantastic place!!! The food, service, ambiance and flare were fantastic!!! A great place to meet, enjoy excellent food, hang out, then take some food home because they have big portions. My kinda place. <3 They have a fun mirror for pictures, too. I highly recommend Wake and Bacon Chicago, and it’s a fun spot to meet up with coworkers.
First time here for my birthday, and the guava drink with CBD was delicious ,I had 3 of them and the w&b burger was so juicy and tasty ,i finished the whole thing,i never usually finish a burger lol Whoever made the drink and burger on May 6 at 11@m .You guys are the best and the service was good too. Would definitely come back and give it a 10 star????
This place is such a cool cafe! The chia seed pudding I had was so good its been 2 weeks since I went and I'm deadass still thinking about it, tbh I was wary at first because the fruity pebbles in it threw me off but it adds literally the perfect crunch to the dish! If you're an ube lover the purple haze drink is to die for I loved it sm! They also have a digital mirror that takes customizable pictures for either just you or friends too!
I liked this place. There was a little something on my drink but they fast enough replaced my drink. They have outdoor sitting and the seats are swings (so cool) They have a photo mirror to take your picture for free to place it in a wall of fame( it was out of paper tho). Looking forward to go back to try other things and take my picture.
First off, this place is gorgeous. Second, the food is plentiful and delicious as well! The French toast, crepes, and bubble waffles are all amazing. Their bacon is thick-cut and very flavorful. Loved being able to also take some pictures with their photo booth inside! Definitely make a reservation as it can get busy fast and limited seating!
I love this place! My friend and I enjoyed the food! this place has such a nice feel to it as well. We ordered the wake 'n bacon burger, berry bliss crepes, chicken and waffles and the purple haze coffee. I love this coffee and also looks very cool. We also made a reservation before hand, so we got seated quickly.
We had a reservation and were seated promptly. You order from your table and the food came out quickly. My breakfast wrap was delicious and tater tots were a 10/10. Highly recommend purple haze as well! The bacon was the star of the show, the flight was insanely good and the bacon in my wrap was delicious.
I think it’s slightly overrated, the service is very efficient/get you in and out and not like a relax, enjoy brunch vibe which I more look for. But if you want a quick bite of good food this meets that standard!
Darling establishment. This was our last stop in Chicago. My daughter had the turtle pancakes, yummy. And I'm more of a savory person for breakfast but those were good. I had the chicken and waffles, the chicken was a little too rough on the exterior for my liking. I thought it would pack more heat, but over all it was fine. I did really enjoy their special purple coffee, highly recommend trying that.
