NEVER AGAIN. If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. The food was cold and over cooked and just tasted off. The staff was friendly.
The girl up front is so nice an the guys in the back are very good at making sure the food is good. A very good helping of food an the general souls is what I recommend. Thanks all
This place is a self fulfilling prophecy....they are scared to put out new food because it might get wasted....so when people come in they have to eat cold or dried out food. The sign on the sneeze guard glass says... "To get hotter food, scoop from the bottom" That kind of sums it up. They're just functioning out of fear and it hurts them in the end. Sad really. If they could just keep the buffet full and hot it would be a great little restaurant.
We've ordered take out here 5-6 times. It has been a few years and figured since they were still open, something must have gotten better. Nope.
All half dozen times we've ordered here, the food looks and tastes like they pulled it from the buffet, 10 or 12 hours overdue. The rice is dry, flavorless, and old. The dinners we order (always the same sweet and sour chicken and Kung Pao Chicken) are either overly dry or swimming in sauce with very little meat.
There's another Chinese food place 15 miles north of here that has more than acceptable food. We had restricted our orders to that restaurant the past couple years and will do so again. As a local, you'd expect better.
I'm not mentioning the other restaurant because we don't have a stake in either place. Don't waste your time or money here. Hotel room microwaved Chinese is much better.
If you are visiting Harrodsburg, my apologies. This doesn't represent us. The Mexican restaurant downtown is fantastic, Family Affair is worth a look, and if you want Chinese, go to Lawrenceburg.
I've lived and worked all over this country. Gas station food is hotter, fresher, and more consistent than this. Edit after 5 years: Nothing has changed. The name is appropriate. The "Why Me?" buffet must be a cover for something else ????

The food was good. The billing however is not. My original bill was 22.32 and I added a ten dollar tip tat was fine The The restaurant decided to hit my account twice for the same tip for the same bill. If I wanted to leave the girl a 20 dollar tip I would have . That is wrong to keep tapping a person's account for more money after the person not only paid but left a good tip . I will be boycotting this restaurant. I already contacted my bank. You should treat your customers better!!
Ate here about 2 weeks ago. Found 2 pieces of hair in 2 separate dishes! I ate a single bite before finding the hairs and didn’t eat after, The woman didn’t say sorry, and she made us pay for it ! Definitely ZERO STAR WORTHY
Not enough fresh food out. Noodles were hard. Could've be so much better if the buffet was kept full. The customer service is great. it just needs food to be kept fresh and ready at all times.
