The staff on may 3 3024 at 10am was very rude our server in particular CHERICE!!!!!. It took 40 minutes to eat she flirted with a customer the whole time ignored us to the point the cook served us our food. I’ve never had a cook serve me food at a Waffle House with a staff of 4 plus a cook and no patrons in here. She was very rude when we did have to ask her for anything she did not clean the player out of our way to make space as we were done she never checked on us until the end. She argued with the cook the whole time. Only thing positive is the manager and the cook are the only professionals in the establishment that made me feel like I was at a Waffle House. Please avoid this Waffle House it’s not customer friendly n the food is cooked just ok with no love.
I have frequented many WH places in several states. This particular stop was interesting as it was fairly busy with call-ins and customers. About 8 minutes to order, literally 25 minutes to get drinks, and 44 minutes to get 1/2 of our order. One patron wanted her food, because her friend was finishing up their plate. Another customer left after 15 minutes, because they would not drop his order. This is all due to ONE WAITRESS not doing her job. She was counseled by the manager, but the damage was done. To add insult, the waitress only had excuses for each of her failures. WH is going to recover financially, but I hope this waitress gets on down the road with her antics. No excuses for poor execution. Do better for your clients, not better for your poisonous staff. Oh, the stain is what was rubbed off the spoon the waitress provided.
I asked for lightly cooked bacon, and it's burned. The toast was burned beyond eating. I just got off a 12 hour flight to the States thinking I was getting some home cooked comfort food and got horrible food and customer service.
The service here is SO bad! Couldn’t get silverware, refill on coffee or creamer. Brought the wrong order and proceeded to tell me I said hash brown bowl when I told her Grits bowl!!! Our milk was served to us over ice. We eventually cancelled our entire order and left. We won’t be back to that location again!!!!
The food was delicious, taste and flavor excellent! I had the Angus burger with hash browns. My husband had the all star meal. The place and the cooking area is a little messy.
First I want to say…. I RARELY leave poor reviews. & usually don’t have a bad experience at this location. The cooks & other waitresses are AMAZING. But unfortunately this woman (believe her name is Derricka/Darricka) has been the worst the last 2 times weve ordered Togo (we usually eat in). But honestly If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
****Just make the extra 5 min drive to the OTHER Waffle House down the street.
The older heavier set woman who was working togos today around 10:30am-12pm is RUDE & Argumentative. She doesn’t listen & rushes you when you’re ordering —acting as if she’s annoyed to be taking your order. We will not be going to this location anymore— it was that bad. But here’s the proof. At 11 we picked up our Togo order. Got home with it & it was wrong, burnt & disgusting. She argued with my husband over the phone on whether or not there were onions in the hash browns. She Even said “I’m not gonna argue with you over onions, I KNOW they’re in there cause I ordered them” LIKE WHAAATTTT?!! Here’s a picture PROVING there’s none. Bacon, & burger were burnt & bread wasn’t even toasted.
She IS SOOOO RUDE & will probably spit in your food if you tell her your order was wrong. She isn’t a people person & definitely shouldn’t be working in the SERVICE industry. (I used to be a server for over 3 years. It’s not that hard to be a LITTLE nice.
Not all Waffle House's are created equal.
This one stands above the rest.
Make sure when u come her you sit in Sophia's section. One of the best servers I have had in a while...food was prepared perfectly, and it was really clean....

I ordered a waffle and chicken sausage. My waffle was as I requested, however, my chicken sausage was burnt on both sides and I couldn't eat it. I tried calling, but the recording wouldn't let the call go through as they do not take to go orders over the phone!!!!!
Extremely disappointed!!!!!
