It was not kind or professional to close during breakfast hours this morning. "Short staffing" means horrible leadership. Don't count on enjoying your breakfast here until the good crew arrives later in the day. If they cant handle customers who really want to do business here, put on a better crew. If Brittany and her crew can't keep the restaurant clean, it not only shows laziness and lack of leadership, but horrible prioritization and customers who will pass it by for the next 6 months and spend their hard-earned doĺlars elsewhere. And they should not leave the broom and dustpan out in the middle of the restaurant. Happy sweeping.
Cons: The cook decided it was okay to serve bacon this burnt. Advice to the cook; if you don’t want to be at work please just stay home. Me and my partner were the only ones in the building eating so it wasn’t that he was busy. The service was slow. We were seated for 6 mins before coming over with menus.
Pros: The manager saw the bacon and asked to make it over. I didn’t have to call her over she noticed it and made the situation right. The facility was clean.
This was the worst experience of any waffle house I've had. I asked for lightly fried eggs with cheese and got hard half black eggs. My sisters had waffles that were half black and asked for them to be redone. They were good the 2nd time but when I received my waffle it was not cooked and runny. I asked for it to be replaced and the cook assumed I was the one that returned the 1st waffle and yelled she was not going to replace it because I had returned the 1st waffle that was burnt. Needless to say I didn't get a waffle. I will never return to this waffle house on Iron bridge road beside ample storage.
Love the awful waffle as we call it in our family. Service was fast friendly and attentive. Food came out fast, hot and correct.
My fiancé and I went to this location today. The Caucasian manager who seemed to be disabled was really rude. He didn’t greet us, and refused to take our walk in to go order when another location did on Hull St. One of the servers was about to take our order before 1pm, and the manager yelled loudly that they weren’t taking any to go orders. I felt like we were being discriminated against. I drove out my way to go to this location, and I expect something to be done because I support Waffle House all the time. That manager on Ironbridge has no management skills, and needs to be replaced, because of his horrible customer service. Also no sign was posted that to go orders were not being accepted.
The customer service was very good, the food was hot and fresh, and we ordered the all-American breakfast. The waffles were hot. Everything was delicious
Usually pretty good food, but yesterday it was the worst. Burnt bacon, eggs and hashbrowns were cold. Only decent thing was the waffle. Will most likely not return to this location.
Perfectly made breakfast and gave them a nice cash tip for the waitress and cook.
