Latoya is a Rock Star. I placed an online order, which was super simple and convenient. When i arrived at the store she greeted me when I walked in, took my order and made sure I didn't need anything else. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you Latoya! I will always come back to this location.
Had breakfast here and was not great, service was eh, food was ehh and wasn’t much seating due to dirty tables. Finally got our food and we found a hair in our food!!! Then they have the audacity to say it isn’t there’s . Don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see we don’t have nappy hair!! Got an attitude so we paid and left, absolutely ridiculous
Literally can not say enough good things about any waffle house who has Mr. Butters as their Area Manager. My company ordered breakfast (8 of us, individually), and mine was left. It was a bummer but no big deal, I was just hoping for a refund when I contacted waffle house online as you cant call them. Mr.Butters went above and Beyond, He not only delivered my order personally from waffle house to my work but also had it remade fresh and picked me up a water. I literally can't say enough good things about his dedication to customers. I am blown away and have always been a Waffle house stan but now I am beyond that. I am their biggest fan and more importantly Mr.Butters biggest fan. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had ordering from somewhere in terms of the willingness to make it right. I couldn't ask for any more.
Usually stop there for breakfast in the mornings on the way to work. The ladies always greet me with a smile and food is good.
It's ALWAYS fantastic! My absolute favorite breakfast restaurant! Their burgers are great too!! Love their Country Ham...now if they'll just get Ranch Dressing back...it's fabulous on their Hashbrowns! ????
When I first walked in I wasn't greeted but an argument of who would assist me. A young man came from the back and began assisting me. When my boyfriend came in all the young ladies greeted him and tried to seat him.
The young man was very pleasant and attentive.
So the first time we went about 9:00 it was so packed we couldn't get in so we made our trip to where we was going and we came back about 11:30 ish and we was able to sit down the family enjoyed their food our server is really nice I believe his name was Chris he was very attentive he checked on us multiple times and we appreciate that
