The food is good. The only issue for me and my husband were on the cook for the eggs. Our over easy orders were both still with that slimey, clear mucus membrane. The service was appropriate and our waitress was spot on.
The atmosphere is a different thing. This place must not of had an inspection in a long while. I wouldn't believe any restaurant inspector would allow for this much neglect. Pictures are provided. It was really nasty! Some of those waffle irons may have never been cleaned. The amount of grime on those surfaces was unbelievable! The overall condition is questionable to say the least.
Came in at 5am traveling with my service dog and my friend from Miami Beach. Before I even stepped in the door they told me I was not allowed to have my dog. It was night shift workers with disgusting attitudes, no care for the laws, and they won’t even allow you to call their number. You can’t speak with anyone here over the phone. VERY NASTY ATTITUDES. Don’t recommend at all. Stay AWAY from this location. I’ve never been this irritated with any other restaurant in the food industry and I work at a very fine dining type of feel and even those places accept service dogs. ALL PLACES ARE REQUIRED BY LAW. No way to contact anyone regarding this so I came here to let everyone know firsthand. Only eat here if you have to. Any other location is better than this one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I was traveling early in the morning with no where open to eat at, and I couldn’t even come in and sit down. Left hungry and had to continue traveling because they’d rather me leave my SERVICE DOG in the CAR????
There was only 1 waitress and 1 cook. We ate breakfast but was at suppertime. Place was filthy. Trash overflowing, floor in kitchen area was filthy. Didn't bother to pick up stuff on the floor. Just kicked it out of the way. Some of the tables weren't cleaned off. We were the only people there so waitress wasn't busy. Just seemed lazy as was the cook.
I went for breakfast and the waitress was very kind. My food was done very quickly compared to other sit in spots. This location was rather small, but kinda cozy. The food was good and filling, my waffles were soft but didn't get soggy on the ride home, everything tasted great. I might eat here more often now!

The staff and service is horrific. Waitress cooked my food and did not wash her hands. Waitress played with her hair and attempted to serve me old lumpy grits. I refused service and waitress refused to refund me my money. Waitress had to text supervisor and I had to wait 15 minutes to be refunded. Bad experience. Waitress cooking food and not assigned cook at restaurant.
I walked in and the whole crew was hanging out talking. Finally after about 10 minutes one of the girls came up and took my order. She wrote it on her ticket and set it down for the cook, which was not there. I said, I see I have some time to go smoke a cigarette so I went out and smoked a cigarette that takes about 5 to 6 minutes. I come back and still no one is cooking my meal they’re all still standing around talking and the girl that took my order is having a problem with someone personally on her phone, I asked another person working there if there was even a cook there and she said let me take care of it for you so she did except for my meal is cooked all wrong. I wanted over medium eggs and I can share a picture with you there was nothing even close to Ronnie in these eggs very very dry just like my waffle was undercooked . My sausage was overcooked and my toast is barely even toast and I could just cry because I look forward to this meal tonight I haven’t been there in a while and I always look forward to going there once in a blue moon this crew sucks someone needs to investigate.
First time at the new location. Ms Aaron was our server sweet, kind, fast and efficient. I watched Ms Sylvia bag orders while greeting customers and ensuring they checked their orders to make sure it was correct. Ms Lisa was running the register and just smiled away. I was addressed entering and leaving the restaurant even with their backs turnt making or plating orders customer were still addressed. Food was good and hot. Hope this location maintains it's up keep and positive reviews ????
