Arrived there after midnight and there were no other customers. Only about 6 or 7 employees.
Young lady greeted us with a smile and very nice asked if was to eat in or to go.
Within about 10-15 minutes, people started rolling in. At that point the place came alive. The staff was enthusiastic, smiling and helpful. Food was good and the service even better.
As a restaurant the food is average to good and prices are not bad. But as a late night restaurant, this particular one, was unbeatable. With the way the employees did their jobs that night, you'd think it was in the middle of the day with the energy they showed.
Would definitely return in the future when visiting that region of Atlanta.
It was a busy Wednesday evening in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and I just had to get something to eat and drink and that was at waffle house. The grits scrambled eggs toast city ham and coffee were good as always. The way it just seemed like she's new and I had to ask Her for silverware and to please get me one Creamer for my coffee. Other than that I tipped both the waitress and the cook because I told him I really appreciate you and your culinary expertise.
Sadly, late night food options are limited in my area. On occasion I will order Waffle House to go. During my last visit It , not only was I charged an additional fee because I wanted my order togo but a ketchup packet was placed inside my togo container , which I didn't notice until I was home and ready to dive into my salty Texas melt plate. #disappointed
Just trying to figure how tf they forgot my meat on my order when u guys clearly call and say “hey pull such and such meat “ and then they own placed to go orders so I had to pay the to go fee and on top of that I had no utensils so I have to eat with my fingers or guess eat like a dog . I assumed the service would be better considering the area
Sometimes as we seek out the foo foo and new and we forget the food good and classics.
Thank you Waffle House for reminding me this week what a great place with great food and great people you all are. Sorry no pics, I ate too fast. ????
There is no shortage of horrible, rude and mean service, sloppy nasty served food and high prices. The place is dirty and unclean. We will not give Waffle House a single penny from now until the rest of our lives!! Hope the entire Waffle House Chain / brand completely shuts down and something else takes their place!! Riffraff working at that location.
Went to waffle house around 4 am and was told they were "closed". The woman at the counter started yelling and cursing us out for no reason. The man came to the door and said they would be closed for an hour because they were gonna have the sidewalk sprayed and he was cleaning the grill. He smelled like weed and eyes were red. As we walked away the woman continued to curse and yell for no reason. Very disappointed in this customer service. I also saw the employees fixing food for themselves.
Good as expected. We love to have breakfast and brunch here, it’s traditional with no gimmicks. Delicious and affordable. Fast and friendly service as well. Very nice.
