I feel so bad I don't remember our servers name! We came on 02/16/2024 at around 2pm and our server was a brunette wearing a mask. She was absolutely amazing!!! I came in with my almost two year old, and she (along with all the staff) made us feel so welcome and appreciated. She went above and beyond and cut my child's waffle up for us so that she could eat it right away, and I didn't have to do it. That right there is amazing service!!!!! ???? and she gave us the paper hats which my kiddo loved!!!!

Always great food fast! Especially after having a few late night.

Excellent customer service and the food was great!! Sabrina was very friendly and a great server, which is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for the experience, from East Texas :)

The wait staff is always so nice and food is yummy!

We ordered and we are supposed to have pickles in a bowl and two on the plate as said in the menu waitress brings out cold food and we didn't even get our pickles that were supposed to be on the plate so we wait for about 5 minutes and we don't get one pickle and we ask for pickles 2 minutes later keep in mind there is like pretty much Noone here we get like 10 pickles on a plate so we ask we ordered a lot more pickles and they were supposed to be in a bowl we asked NICELY and she rolled her eyes and came back slforced the bowl on the table and then she said RUDELY "is that enough" and took off and has had attitude ever since so I would highly not recommend this place and I would highly recommend that you stop going here and take you hard earned money somewhere that will treat you like a paying costumer I hope people respond to this review and take action.

We were craving breakfast for dinner so our family of 10 came in around 6pm. Wasn't crowded with only a few folks enjoying their coffee/waffles of course. We sat half at a booth and half at the counter and our amazing waitress Kayla, who was new, did such a great job making sure we were never out of coffee or drinks and was very attentive and helpful too as she was helping the cook get our plates ready to hit the tables. All of the food tasted great and the those waffles are always a hit! When you come in and Kayla is here, I recommend sitting in her section, she will take good care of you!

I frequent this waffle house often I live very close and Ive never had any complaints until today. I came in today with my 2 kids and husband for breakfast we are all of hispanic decent :) ! but the way I was treated today has made me never want to come back. the waitress was rude, I said good morning and she never answered I thought maybe she didnt hear me so I blew it off but then she was rushing us and constantly looking at our table has if saying "cmon finish already and leave" She never offered to fill up or cups again and when our food came out she basiclly let our plate fall on the table. Ive never felt so unwanted at an establishment like this ever! You could feel the tension the few times she came up to us it was horrible my 2 kids both under the age of 6 should'nt have to go through this ever! .......this treatment most definetly did not go unnoticed by me or my husband I just dont understand the mindset of somone treating others different purely based off apperances! Its mind boggling to say the least. We are in the future and the USA is just a melting pot of so many people of color and cultures why not treat others with respect and diginity and just try to get along. I truly believe this waitress had some underlying prejudice towards us and she needs to check that at the door before she walks in to work and Im very sorry waffle house but you have just lost a customer.

This old lady with horrible personality and service named “Lori” a certified gold server just made placing my to go order a chore!!! Definitely go somewhere else!!!
