Arrived here after being ignored at the WH a half mile away. Staff here were pleasant, food was delicious, and the manager was actively praising her staff for doing such a terrific job, which was great to see. Wesley was out server, and he deserves a spot as employee of the month! Great job

Mixed Feelings at Best - 2 Stars

During my recent visit to this Waffle House, I found myself torn between appreciation for certain aspects and disappointment in others. On the positive side, the staff was notably kind and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere that could have been the foundation for a lovely dining experience. Additionally, the food met expectations, delivering on flavor and comfort that Waffle House is known for.

Unfortunately, the positives were heavily overshadowed by critical shortcomings in the establishment's hygiene standards. The presence of cockroaches was not just alarming but a significant deterrent from enjoying the meal. It's hard to overlook such a glaring issue that speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness of the place, which was, frankly, well below par.

While the social aspect provided by the amiable staff might attract some, it's a thin silver lining that doesn't compensate for the lack of a clean, pest-free environment. If you're seeking a quality dining experience, this Waffle House sadly falls short of expectations. There are numerous other venues where one can enjoy both good food and a pleasant social setting without compromising on cleanliness. Would not recommend if you're looking for an enjoyable meal out.

I sent my husband to pick up food.

Everything was over cooked. No seasoning. Staff isn't friendly.

This is the 3rd time.

No more chances.

I will not spend money with Establishments where you have to keep taking food back.

My husband has learned a valuable lesson to check food before you leave the restaurant.

I do not recommend spending money here.

Tried to dine at this waffle house believing that this establishment was 24hrs to find both doors locked, with diners inside and employees working. Waited to see if an employee would come to the door to explain any reason as to the locked door, but to no avail. Webpage suggests 24hrs, not signage posted so, can't say I'd recommend the Williamsburg Rd location for any reason.

Ordered online and came in at the time it said the order will be completed.. waited in the lobby exactly one hour when I arrived there because my food wasn’t ready.. then once I got my food.. stuff was missing from my meal that I was charged for.. I’m not going back in to get it fixed because it’ll take longer… I wish I didn’t pay and tip online before I came because I would have gave no tip at all… overall bad service…

4JULY21 ????????????????????Back again. I love this location.????????????The food is always PERFECT.❤️ And the service is always GREAT. //////////????????????????The waitress was EXCEPTIONAL!!! As usual.????????????????Very attentive. She kept my glass of tea filled, a small matter that lots of waiters, and waitresses, seem to overlook. I left her a generous tip. And the food was DELICIOUS!???????????????? I have always enjoyed eating at Waffle Houses all across the country and I think the crew at this Waffle House are among the best of the lot.

Establishment closed at 11:28pm on a Thursday. Horrible customer experience but honestly expected due to location of restaurant. So many people pulled up hoping to dine with the restaurant but was greeted with a locked door to a 24 hr establishment.

This Waffle House isthe absolute best location on Williamsburg Road. The manager is excellent and ensures service. They have a great team. They have the best eggs with cheese. Love the taste of their sausage.
