Child ... when I say this the best Waffle House in GA I ever been too . I mean just that. The place was friendly , clean and always great service . I come from out of town just to visit when I'm in the area. Ms. Stacy is also a great employee, very observant and has amazing service . I would def come back!
Respectfully this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. As a Waffle House 3 am veteran and frequent visitor to this Waffle House, I hate reviewing it negatively but even the “veteran” servers were rude. The disconnect and miscommunication was inane. Our immediate server gave us the heads up that it would be a while and I’m patient even after some “fun events” tonight the wait was long, totally fine they gave us the heads up. The problem was after 15 minutes of standing at the register alone, after waiting 30 minutes for my food (it honestly takes 5-10 minutes for the food at the capacity of the venue) was ridiculous. Being someone who is very patient in his nature we got served past out of anyone and everyone that we ordered ahead of. I’m usually someone who likes to give good reviews if worth the review but today was actually very unfortunate. The servers took personal offense that we called them out and inquired why others got served food before us even though those individuals showed up 20+ minutes after us and order 15+ minutes after we did. It was really atrocious even at 2am and I expect better from Waffle House which usually at this location has good service. I’m sorry for this review but they earned it genuinely.
My daughter & friend went to Waffle House. They ate there & I placed a to go order for Texas Chessteak and hashbrowns. My cheese teak was burnt to a crisp. please review the following pic. hasbrowns were ok, but cheesteak was inedible. unfortunately my daughter and friend did not check it out first before leaving. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE TO SEND OUT. VERY DISSAPOINYTED IN WAFFLE HOUSE AND daughter & friend
One of the best Waffle Houses around…the staff is wonderful. Multiple people greet you when you walk through the door. They talk to you, engage with your kids, and just make you smile. Derrick has taken care of us several times and he is awesome! Nice to still experience the Waffle House culture that I remember from years ago.
I have been to this Waffle House location for years now and it has always been a pleasant place to go with friends and families. It's very clean and the food is great. I have such a huge respect for fast-food/restaurant employees seeing as how I've worked in the industry for years. I've always paid my own customers with as much respect as I can give. However on 12/29/23 at around 1:42AM During my visit, I had a small order (a sandwich and a soft drink) totaling up to about $5.25ish, I left a tip of 75 cents, intending to express gratitude for the service provided during my brief visit and also to round up a few cents.
Regrettably, after I left the tip, the employee (If I remember her name was "Beautiful") handling the transaction proceeded to loudly comment to her colleagues about the amount, making disparaging remarks such as, "Can you believe she gave me .75?!" and “I'd rather her keep it, what the hell am I going to do with 75 cents, I can't even buy gum." What made matters worse was that they clearly intended for me to hear them by implying that "the small one over there" had given her the tip. I kept my head down the entire time while my friends were paying their separate bill. It was clear that they just wanted a reaction from me.
This public discussion about the tip, which I intended as a gesture of appreciation for the service, left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected as a customer. While I understand tipping is optional, I did not expect my small gesture to become a topic for public ridicule among the staff.
I believe such behavior is unprofessional and does not align with the level of service I would expect from your establishment. I hope this incident can be addressed appropriately to ensure that other customers do not experience similar discomfort in the future.
Really a top notch waffle house. Everyone here was very kind and friendly, service was amazing! Even though our server forgot to give us 2 waters, but we didn't mind that and really enjoyed our meal.
Giving them 5 because most of the employees are soooo nice. But please fire the old white lady. She was so rude to me and her coworker.
I did an online order. I walked into get it. The old lady asked if I was picking up and I said yes and gave her my name. She gave me a dirty look and walked off. The other employee asked her if she was going to bag up my food she looked at her and said no that your customer. Wow. That’s just nasty. People out here going through to much for a Waffle House old lady to come at anyone like that✌????✌???? I’ll pray for that old lady.
Delicious breakfast with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I came here a Sunday breakfast, and I'm very happy I did. Coco is a wonderful waitress, and the food was the best I've had in a long time - for a good price too!! This Waffle House is my happy place
