This cook is extremely rude to everybody she works with!!! We had a wonderful meal and great service from our server until the 9:00pm shift came in. This lady walked in with an attitude and hatred towards everyone that came into her path. A few weeks ago when coming in she was screaming at her co worker about how many slices of cheese someone wanted because they asked for extra and she “must charge per piece”.. understandable but there are customers there who can hear you screaming at your co worker over something so simple. And then last night there is a very nice gentleman washing his hands to get ready to head to the cook top and he is making small talk with us as we were asking him questions and she is Screaming at him to stop talking to us and get to the cook top “NOW”. This man had just gotten into work and was washing his hands.. he isn’t allowed to talk to people at all apparently! Someone needs to talk to her about what customer service is! There was like 2 people in the entire restaurant they were not busy! I have worked in customer service for years and can tell you this is not how you do it. She is nasty and hateful towards everyone there and needs a good talk on how to act when you’re in customer service. If you don’t want to be in customer service or don’t know how to act around people who are your co workers and customers.. please get a new job. That’s all I have. Thanks.

This is my husband and I favorite location. The staff and always so friendly and welcoming. We dine in at least twice a month.
I love going to Waffle House but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a Waffle House. We showed up 20 mins before the dinning room opened (take out only) walked in and they said we’d have to wait 20minutes no problem (mind you 4 of them were just standing there) asked if we could sit in a booth and have coffee until dining room opened and was told no rudely. Will not be back again
I had thought that I had experienced amazing food at a waffle house before. Good old fashioned, silver griddle, stick to your ribs food. I stopped in at this particular Waffle House because I was waiting for a different business to open and had 30 minutes to wait. I just had the Texas melt plate with sausage, a double order of hash browns, and had a coffee and these guys know how to use butter and cooking to perfection on the morning shift. Normally after you get done with a sandwich and a double order of hash browns there's a little bit of butter or grease left on the plate and there was just the thinnest layer like there had just barely been too much used on the food instead of like normally there's a modest amount left and this place the taste was absolutely amazing, possibly better than my normal Waffle House and you got to try it.
I order from this place online a few times a week as it is on my way to work and I like the food. However today I experienced an uncomfortable weird situation I walked in and stepped in line behind a woman they were taking care of and waited my turn I order my food and pay online so typically I come in and they just hand me my food and I leave. Today after the waitress takes care of the lady in front of me she walks away. Never greets me or says Ill be right with you nothing she is walking around doing things for others before she yells across the room to a waitress sitting down at a table to come take my order. I politely let her know that my order was sitting in my view I ordered and paid for online.
Chelsea my server was very pleasant Tim the cook did a great job on my food as always at Avon Waffle House. The cleaness of the entire Waffle House was spot on the restrooms even smelt clean & fresh.
If you want Waffle House, this is definitely Waffle House. Great service from the crew and food was exactly what we wanted.
