Never greeted, until about 20 minutes after being there, just to be told to sit by the door, which was full of people waiting for to-go orders. We moved out of the way and over by a window. They are standing around, waiting to call their orders, but in the mean time, all tables dirty. 3 of the 8 tables are occupied. I work in a high volume diner, where I can understand the busy times, but this is where their customer service, at the very least, can be integrated into the experience with a simple “hello, we will be with you shortly”. With the servers standing, waiting to call orders, the entire time we waited, they could have cleared tables, just one even, so people at least had a place to sit. The 5 empty bar seats were dirty as well. We weren’t allowed to sit at dirty tables which I can totally understand, nor did I want to. Other customers who had already been seated and eating wished us luck, with their experience being less than timely or enjoyable. We left after 25 minutes of standing and waiting, even though the restaurant was cleared out almost. This used to be my favorite place to go.

I mean it's a super ghetto establishment. That's known. The food I ordered was not for me, because I know it's disgusting. However my mom pulled a hair out of her mouth while eating this garbage. Don't go there. Ghetto and trashy. But cmon it's waffle house..

Food was good and hot and tasty. Although server disappeared without letting us know where she was going, waited a fair amount of time before having to ask another server for a refill on my drink. On top of that, the air (yes in the middle of winter) was blowing and so cold, that we had to wear out coats and hats inside. Had to eat food quickly, so it wouldn't get cold.

It's a Waffle House, but this time we found one that is better than the rest. Awesome service from the moment we walked in! The cook noticed my bacon was more cooked than I like (I didn't say any, and I was fine with it!) and he brought me another batch. Above and beyond!

Let's remember those 5 stars ratings shown are 5 Waffle House stars. This isn't the Ritz. It's Waffle House. That said, this Waffle House is a credit to its brand. The cook knew his game, the young lady serving was on top of hers, there were the predictable smattering of customers for 3:00 am and it was a bright, clean, warm refuge from a cold and dreary world. The sausage, egg, and cheese grits bowl never fails to deliver.

We go here all the time. Every shift knows us by name by now, and what we will order. Food is always done correctly and delicious.

OMG!!! All of central Ohio, you must come out and eat at one of the best Waffles House in Ohio. The food is delicious and served hot, the staff is amazing and the bathroom is looks like Mr Clean himself cleaned it. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!

Staff was friendly but biscuits and gravy while having an expected taste, gravy was watery. Waitress was very accommodating(shtla) took biscuits and gravy off bill. She said gravy is made ahead of time, perhaps they should look at a recipe.
