After breaking down on a French motorway and being recovered back to the UK I thought my car was a complete write off. i.e. engine completely gone, However after speaking to WA, my car was picked up from home and repaired in a very short time . I was pleasantly surprised and has been good ever since. Thank you so much!!!
Took my car here for a few jobs with mixed results, was fairly happy with how problems were resolved until after the last visit where my car was returned in unacceptable condition.
A piece of wheel arch trim came away on a motorway roundabout and got stuck behind the wheel. I had to put myself in a dangerous position to retrieve it with heavy traffic passing me in the dark. On closer inspection I realised that most of the trim fastenings around where the last job was done were completely missing and I'm still finding various parts that have not been properly secured months after the work was done.
I'm fairly handy with a spanner and cable tie so have managed to secure most things myself as I'm not taking it back...
The advantage of this place is it's cheap so if you have something like tires/brakes to get done it's a good bet but if you have a complex car/job I would avoid.
Great service. I always recommend W.A-Autos to family and friends. The most friendly garage I’ve been to so far. The owner always spends some time with us explaining what the issue was and how he fixed it. Fast, reliable and affordable prices.

Great service. Fixed our air-conditioning, which is working perfectly now, within 2 hours of our initial call !! Explained everything meticulously to us and was going out of his way to please. My Husband brought my car to W-A Autos yesterday after my engine management light came on 3 days previously, my husband spoke to the owner of the auto shop who was recommended by a work colleague, and spoke through the issues. We were extremely happy with the service we have received and we also asked for a regas of our air conditioning after the initial work was carried out and of course this seemed to be no issue at all. I would highly recommend W.A-Autos. Thank you.
