Best KPortal Reviews

Dropped in as I was passing for a coffee and cake, somehow my choice of oder changed very much to my satisfaction with the tasty cooked breakfast.
Great place, good chat with the staff and the locals (Jane ??? and her mum) albeit I was a stranger, very relaxed warm atmosphere.
Definitely an eatery to revisit.
Thanks for the hospitality
We only went in by chance, fire's on, 4 elderly ladies with a dog sitting around a table, who have been in the village of East Linton, all of their lives. The ladies advised me that the hairdressers was the best place for gossip in the village. Votadini has everything in and it is a place to be. Very good menu and friendly staff. It felt like I was visiting a friend instead of being in a cafe. I would recommend for you to order from the menu and start a conversation with the locals. You will learn things. Amazing toilet! Big portions, value for money and there were nothing processed. Plenty of vegetarian options. I would highly recommend.
An absolutely fantastic Cafe/Restaurant. The staff, food and atmosphere is lovely and the food is beautiful.
Cheese toastie £3.50, more like warm bread :( I'm all for supporting local businesses but unfortunately won't be back here.
Lovely cosy cafe, great breakfast and friendly chat.Xx
Great service . Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely return. 5* service every time
I went in there to grab a coffee and witnessed in horror as the woman at the counter charged me £2.75 for what tasted like warm water with instant coffee (I ordered a cappuccino). The room was dark and slightly smelly, filled with elderly people.
I wasn't there for cake and tea which seems to be their specialty, so I wouldn't judge too harshly from what I've said. Just don't order coffee; go somewhere with a real Barista.
Nice cozy wee cafe pop in for coffee or soup most days and just look at all those cakes ????????
