Came all the way to this shop to have my tire replaced bc there was a nail stuck in one tire. The nail was in an area that could not be plugged. I get a call from Vo telling me the new tire I ordered was too big and he could plug the hole. Mind you tire plus told me it could not be plugged due to the area the nail was in. Long story short I took car back to tire plus there were able to replace the tire with no issue . Vo never even took the new tire out of my car bc it was in the same exact place I put it in the trunk so he never even took it out to at least check.. I wasted gas and time to bring my car out there very inconvenient..
Great repair shop, it may take them a while for them to get to your vehicle because they are short handed like every where else but they know what they're doing , they do great work and fairly priced. We won't go anywhere else.
Reliable and honest mechanic. A rare thing to find. If you're on a budget he will I will do his best to try to work with you to get you through. I would give them a 5 star except the customer service is lacking. Great work but you will have to call back to see if your car is ready. Don't let the appearance of this place fool you these are good guys.

I love the place they were quick fast courteous and even gave me a coupon for $10 off that's what I call customer service PS they were so quick I could finish my cigarette LOL
I love going to Vo's. He's very honest, and fast! He's very good at what he does. He's also trustworthy. I would spend hundreds of dollars at Tires Plus yet come out with either the same issue not being fixed correctly or something else would break down right away. I go to Vo's and I've never had to go back for the same issue and there's always a space of time before anything else breaks down. I've been faithful to that garage for about 6-7 years. I hope they stick around for a very long time.
I was visiting Harrisburg with my friend. His car had some mechanical issue. We took to few shop. They gave us outrages price. I looked at google I found Vo Automotive. Mr Vo and his manager explained the issue and told us if we were willing to wait it would cost the half.
We did. They were honest and job was quick after they got the parts. Harrisburg, you have great mechanic. I hope we had someone like Mr Vo.
Was experiencing muffler and exhaust problems. Took it to Vo and waited over 5 hours to find out my car is to loud and that my exhaust system is aftermarket and illegal. He also told me that my exhaust system is broke, but wouldn't explain how its broke. Took my $25 for a vague answer. Then told me it was rusted all the way through. Vo quoted me over $600 for a new exhaust. Way too expensive for a car at this age. I also did some of my own research and found mufflers/exhaust system for less than $200. Took my car to a different a mechanic the next day who is actually reliable, cost efficient and honest. The other mechanic I took it to, told me its broken at the flange which is an easy fix and only quoted me $86. He also explain that my pipes are absolutely legal and not rusted at all. Also, Vo and his crew are crooks, they have very bad a customer service. They gave me attitude all day. I see how he treats other customers and its not nice at all. Take your business and money elsewhere. Do research before you go to him.
::::: Since Vo Automotive responded, I would like to reply back. My boyfriend and I both were there and we dropped off my vehicle around 9am, and absolutely heard nothing from them until I WALKED back to his shop around noon. This time I brought a third person with me to see about my car. Still, 3 hours later, he says that he has not looked at my car yet, and I can tell this because my car was still in the parking lot. He also told me that he would call me when my car was ready. Another 2-3 hours later, I received a phone call from them. When I WALKED back there again, my car was done and then that was when he explained vaguely about my car problem. And quoted me this outrageous cost. I'm just upset that he would respond and quote me the way he did. He has been doing business with my families cars for years. My family now goes to the mechanic I found that helped me in my car issue, they are so much reliable, honest, timely mannered and so much more. STAY AWAY its ashame they're lying. :::::::
